“Had a few questions so called before placing my order. Talked to Robert who was very helpful in answering those questions. I placed my order because of his knowledge of the product I was ordering. I am a see, feel, touch kind of person so ordering on line is something I rarely do. I feel more confident now that what I ordered will be what I want but if it isn’t, I can return for refund.”

“I like the rugs I’ve gotten from your company. However, I don’t like your estimates of when they’ll be delivered. They are consistently late. I am still wai, For an order I was to receive in May. It is disappointing”

Hi there. I post an estimated SHIP date on each product page, and in your shopping cart. I believe you may be confusing the 'ship date' with 'delivery date'. 99.5% of our orders ship on-time. We estimated a SHIP date of 7/15 and your order shipped 2 days earlier than expected and were delivered to you on 7/15. Your previous pre-order is in progress and will be ready to ship in about 2 weeks. We'll email tracking when it ships. Thank you.

“On the whole I'm satisfied with my three experiences with Incredible Rugs and Decor. Their web site is easy to use, their check out process is easy and past orders have been filled rapidly. The quality of the merchandise has been good. However, one thing I don't like is they add an item to your cart at checkout--optional shipping insurance for $38.88. You have to manually delete the item from your cart if you don't want it. On my first two orders I caught it and deleted it. In my latest order, I missed it and was charged for the insurance. That's crazy to me. It's like walking through the supermarket and having an employee throws a cake into your cart, leaving it up to YOU to remove it at checkout if you don't want it. Despite my good experiences with this company I am not inclined to shop with them again due to this practice, even if they cancel the insurance and refund the fee.”
