“$10 to return a rug sample (marked clearly as returnable) that was $25 in the first place!? you've got to be kidding! but I guess it's better than nothing, and I don't want it hanging around, so I'll still send it back. PLUS it took FOREVER to even arrive in the first place and almost made us miss the sale for the couch we were trying to match to.”

“Had the sample in a week and was very impressed with colors (very true to photo) and quality! Very plush and soft! As a Designer, I had ordered the sample for a client. He absolutely loved it and ordered the 9’6”x12’11”. Even tho it showed out of stock, he had it in 2 weeks and is thrilled with everything about it! Great site and experience, recommending to everyone! Thanks, Diane M”

“This is a gorgeous rug and the online pic doesn’t make justice to it. First of all it doesn’t shed AT ALL! The colors don’t blend in and the design is very beautiful.”

“Excellent service. Received my Karastan rug a week after order. Its beautiful. This was a first time order for me so I ordered a 3x5 rug for my entryway. I ordered a 9x12 Karastan from Macy"s on 7/30/21 and still have not got the rug. Timely delivery and quality product. My next Karastan order for an 8x10 will be placed with Incredible Rugs and Decor.”
