“Great pricing & service. Only thing I question is they push route ($25) for insurance. Item I purchased was just under $500 which I thought that being shipped by UPS includes $500 in Insurance. Should have questioned before purchase. I thought item was being shipped by trucking Co.”

“I ordered a rug sample and paid $40.00 for it on Jan. 4, 2021. We were in the process of building a new home and I was working with many samples. They have a policy of returns 30 days. Who would think it would be for samples. I called to return the sample in June and they didn’t say anything about the amount of time. I was waiting for a RMA number to return the sample and didn’t receive anything. Called a couple times and never received it. When the request was received in shipping they didn’t do anything. I can understand 30 days to return an item ordered but not for a sample. I told the customer service that they should list it on the packing slip to return samples in 30 days for a credit. Not happy with company!”

“Website was easy to use and had all of the relevant info I needed to make an informed decisioin to buy: rug size, pile height, weight, etc. Paid extra for delivery care, but found that FedExp did not recognize any care (had wrong delivery date, left half in yard and on porch, and didn't even ring the doorbell--thank goodness for door cameras)! But the Customer Support (Noah) has been very knowledgeable and empathetic, simply caring for me as the customer and my concerns. Beautiful work and craftsmanship, and would certainly buy from them again!”

“First of all, I was looking for a rug that is sustainably made. Enter Karastan! Pop bottles! What is better than that?! We ordered the Market Spice 8 x 11. (I do wish an 8 x 10 had been on the list. The 8 x 11 is a touch too big!) But who cares? It is a gorgeous rug, and looks beautiful in our cottage. The consumer service rep could not have been nicer. Wonderful company with great prices.”

“$10 to return a rug sample (marked clearly as returnable) that was $25 in the first place!? you've got to be kidding! but I guess it's better than nothing, and I don't want it hanging around, so I'll still send it back. PLUS it took FOREVER to even arrive in the first place and almost made us miss the sale for the couch we were trying to match to.”

“Had the sample in a week and was very impressed with colors (very true to photo) and quality! Very plush and soft! As a Designer, I had ordered the sample for a client. He absolutely loved it and ordered the 9’6”x12’11”. Even tho it showed out of stock, he had it in 2 weeks and is thrilled with everything about it! Great site and experience, recommending to everyone! Thanks, Diane M”
