We offer Route Shipping Insurance as a courtesy to our Customers; an inexpensive, optional layer of protection against theft, damage, and loss. This can be removed from any order, in the shopping cart. It is not mandatory, but recommended for large items and when delivering to a common area, such as apartments or condos.

“I love shopping on this site. Seeing the rug in your own room takes a lot of the guesswork out. The search parameters are plentiful. I would prefer to view the rugs a page at a time rather than loading more to the same page though. One long page makes it hard to keep track of where you are. It would also be terrific if you provided a way to save favorite selections. Still all in all, this is my go to rug store.”

“People at Incredible were wonderful. The 2 Karastan rugs with pads were delivered, and I just got everything arranged. I am soooo!!!! happy. The prices were fantastic with no shipping and no taxes. In addition, the 2 UPS delivery people brought them into the house with no problems. I am telling my friends about the company. It gets a "TOP OF THE LINE" review. Thanks, Gretchen Anderson”

“I purchase an amazing rug from incredible rugs and decor. I found the same rug at a lower price and they went out of their way to accommodate me and credited me back the difference in price. Their customer service rep, Robert, was outstanding. I received my rug within 2 days from ordering. They are most helpful and professional. I highly recommend them for any of your interior needs. I will definitely use them again.”
