“The price was excellent...Communication following the order was excellent...The rug (and pad)were delivered very quickly, securely packed, in perfect condition. I could not be more pleased. I just rolled the rug out in my dining room...and it looks wonderful.”

“You had the rug I wanted in the size I wanted. However, your offer of a “discount” after providing you with my email address was misleading. I got a discount of 15% to apply to my purchase. When applying it to my purchase, I was informed it was “not valid” for the item I bought. Not a happy customer!”

“Great customer service. Emily Cote took time to look for several matching rugs and later that same day sent us a link to her recommendations. Rob provided information on the rug we were interested in with out the pressure I often get from sales people. That’s why I decided to order on line even though I saw the same rug at a local store at the same price.”

“Love this website! Have ordered and kept one rug a few months ago and it was just as it appeared on-line. Unfortunately, I am now trying to order for another room and have had to return 2 or 3 rugs as they didn't work. On the positive side, shipping was free, quick and shopping easy with Incredible Rugs. On the negative side, the last 2 rugs I purchased were not as pictured on-line -colors were WAY off and I had to return them. It's not easy to return 8'x10' size but I managed to get it done. I was credited in a timely manner but hated to spend the $$ to return ship. Overall, this website would be perfect if the colors/pictures of the products were accurate. Some are great-others horrible. Spoke to CS about it already. That being said, I have recommended this website to more than a few friends and would purchase again. If you are able, see the rug in person first. This was not possible for me so I had to rely on the picture.”

I sent customer service an inquiry email and received a response from Robert almost immediately giving me detailed information on my order. The email was exactly what I needed to reasure me that I was in good hands. The friendly personalized response was a pleasant suprise. Well done and thank you.”
