“I had a very urgent and last-minute request to change my reservation. I got the opportunity to speak with Vivek from Indian Eagle who was god sent. He not only understood my issue quickly but acknowledged the urgency behind it and offered multiple solutions to help solve my query. He gathered the necessary team over the call to quickly work cross-functionally over having customers wait for email updates that can take a few hours. This peace of mind in the booking process was greatly appreciated and would not have been possible without Vivek's professional and humane mindset. Kudos to him and please keep up the good work.”

“Viraj from Indian Eagle went above and beyond to book the specific dates that was requested. Helped to confirmed the ticket and followed up to check if I got the confirmation email from the airline as well. Def recommend them for your next travel.”

“Agent helped me in securing the booking for $30 more than the intial quote. I lost the booking at the intial quote - since I waited too long to confirm the tickets - updated price showed me a lot more but agent helped me to secure it for $30 more than the intial price.”
