“I had a very urgent and last-minute request to change my reservation. I got the opportunity to speak with Vivek from Indian Eagle who was god sent. He not only understood my issue quickly but acknowledged the urgency behind it and offered multiple solutions to help solve my query. He gathered the necessary team over the call to quickly work cross-functionally over having customers wait for email updates that can take a few hours. This peace of mind in the booking process was greatly appreciated and would not have been possible without Vivek's professional and humane mindset. Kudos to him and please keep up the good work.”

“Viraj from Indian Eagle went above and beyond to book the specific dates that was requested. Helped to confirmed the ticket and followed up to check if I got the confirmation email from the airline as well. Def recommend them for your next travel.”

“I was booking a family trip with different travel dates and multiple cities during the Christmas vacation. “Puja started off with a pleasing greeting and asked for what my requirements are. Once understood, she did her search and got me a decent rate, after explaining the pros and cons of other cheap airlines. She picked Air India, which aligned with my requirements, though it was a bit pricier than what I thought. It offsets with my 2nd checked baggage, while other cheap ticketed airlines were offering only one checked bag. Thank you Puja, for your patience and expertise in getting a good ticket.”
