“The video conference to discuss my needs and the process was very helpful. The process worked without a hitch. The window inserts were easy to measure, to install, highly effective at reducing outside noise, and have not needed any adjustment. I have been happy with the product and would highly recommend Indow.”

“I love the finished product and the absolute ease of installation. In the very hot Florida climate climate their performance has been outstanding. My AC cycles on and off, keeping my space at 72 degrees while it remains 92 to 100 degrees outside. My friends are equally amazed. I expect they will pay for themselves within two years. The only problem, as I previously told you, was with using the laser (a clumsy tool).”

“They are a bit difficult to install (YouTube videos are not true to actual size). They are helpful to keep heat/air in, but if it is traffic noise you are trying to block, these dont help as much. We live on a US 2 lane highway, and it has a lot of truck/traffic noise. Indow does not help much with this.”

“What an improvement to my quality of life these window inserts have provided! I ordered acoustic inserts for the bedrooms on the “noisy” side of the house and the regular inserts for another room that we use regularly on that side of the house. The noise difference was immediate and apparent in all of the rooms, particularly in the bedrooms. They were easy to install and are practically invisible inside the window frame. The measuring and ordering process was simple and intuitive, the customer service has been excellent, and I’m a very pleased Indow insert owner who can now sleep at night without a white noise machine by my head.”

“Inserts seem to work pretty well at cutting down some of the road noise. Cost is very expensive, but not many alternative besides maybe trying to do it yourself or replacing windows, which are both not great options. Construction seems pretty solid, would like to see the "D" rings on all corners and maybe some on long spans in order make adjustment to the insert once in. There was a minor scratch on the large insert which I didn't notice until the insert was backlit from the window and was too much trouble to remove and try to buff out. Overall, shipping was fast, sales representative was quick to answer any questions. I would consider purchasing more for other windows that are affected by road noise.”

“We have a 50-year-old 15-pane bow window that actually got frost INSIDE during the colder days of winter. We wanted to keep the window and Indows seemed like the perfect solution. Everything about the process went well - the salesman was helpful, the measuring kit easy to use and my wife & I handled the installation ourselves with no problem. Since we live in a rural area noise reduction wasn't a concern for us but preserving the view was; the white silicone framing is much less intrusive than we expected. We haven't had them through the winter yet, so time will tell, but we're very happy with our purchase!”

“These are great. Our windows had no real storm windows. I did not want to change the windows so I purchased the indow windows for the inside of my windows. They are easy to remove to allow me to open my windows. They were very easy to measure and install. The windows have made our home quiet with no outside noise coming in . Drafts are stopped, Heat and air conditioning is perfect and less costly. Talking our son into getting a couple for their bathroom, so they can have light and privacy. Great product.”
