“The process to order my inserts was handled with excellent customer service and getting the perfect fit was easy with the laser measure kit. My rooms no longer feel the cold from the historic single pane windows and you can’t even tell they are there. Love the Indow’s!”

“We installed ten Indow inserts in an office that is windows on three sides and no storms. The difference is amazing. The room feels more solid, if that makes sense. Probably because of noise reduction and it's actually warm enough that I can use it as an office during an Illinois winter. Great fit--couldn't be happier.”

“Only installed for two days, but so far the noise appears to have reduced significantly. The fit is tighter than I anticipated, which means the units will stay installed, and not frequently removed and installed. This is fine though because the noise is most important thing.”

“The difference is amazing! As I installed each Indow, I could hear and feel the leaking air get trapped and kept outside. The house immediately got a few degrees warmer. And it's quieter inside, too. Happy happy!”

“both inserts showed up last week. they were packed (nay crated) wonderfully. once opened, each was in pristine condition, with the glass protected by film. they were super easy to install and fit perfectly. they were also marked on the film as to which insert went with which window. the sound, and heat, protection are certainly worth the cost. i will be sending more measurements in soon for additional inserts. thanks again to reed and the entire indow team.”

“The whole process went very well and was explained well by the consultant. The only negative thing was the time it took to ship the inserts. I only live about 20 miles from the factory and it took 9 days to get delivered. I should have inquired about picking them up myself.”

“I finally ordered some of these inserts and they are a game changer! I live in an older home and the draft protection I now experience is 100% better. They fit perfectly and are so easy to take in & out. My only wish is I could order 1 at a time as I have large windows and the cost to get more done is costly.”

“I've had my window inserts for about 8 months now and I decided to write a review. I can not recommend this company enough. I live ON the train tracks at a crossing where the train beeps the horn 4 times every single time one passes which occurs throughout the night. Before my window inserts I was waking up to each and every train that came by blaring the horn. Now I never wake up! They are super easy to install once you get the hang of pushing in the rubber sides. My roommate thought I was crazy for purchasing these since we just rent an apartment but, sleep is important and these really do reduce the noise at least 40%! I notice a huge difference when taking them out even with my window closed. The team is great, I worked with two separate people and they even stayed on the phone with us the whole time during the laser measurement process to make sure it was done correctly.”

“I ordered one Indow for a rectangular transom window. I live in an antique home in Northern New England and the original glass in the window is attractive but completely non-insulating. The absence of cold draft was immediately noticeable after installing the Indow (which was simple!) The Indow rep was communicative and helpful, and other than Covid making the wait a bit longer than usual, the whole process was easy and smooth. I highly recommend Indow!”

“Reduced road noise about 50% from before. Road noise from commuters still wakes us up but better than before. Based on Indow video demonstration I was hoping for better noise reduction. Customer service was very good.”
