“It has only been a few weeks, and the first really cold weather just happened last evening. That said, we are very happy so far with our experience. Installation was relatively easy. We made the move for "insulation", more so than sound reduction. Regardless, I can tell both functions are working satisfactorily.”

“I have a 2 yr old house that has double pane widows, my house has a great of the city skyline the downside is I hear cars and trucks 24/7 from a freeway that is two blocks from my house. I started looking at indow's about a year ago and I was pretty skeptical about how much noise reduction it would really cut. I decided to just buy three indows for my master bedroom and take a gamble. Indows far exceed my exceptions. They arrived on time and were packed really well. They were easy to install and the noise reduction, i say is close to 90%. I know longer hear the trucks or cars. They are worth the price.”

“The indows arrived packaged safely were easy enough o install. Not sure if they are worth the price for me. Only thing is convent to be able to just pop them in come winter but storage is a problem the rest of the year.”

“Indows are great. I wasn’t happy w shipping and have shared it w Ryan. We had to drive 1/2 mile to get crate off the truck, use our trailer, get the 215 pound crate off the trailer & into the garage by ourselves. I expected delivery to the house. I have asked for 11 more rings to add to our inserts as they are hard to adjust w only one ring. I pulled one ring out of the casing trying to adjust. Would you send my 11 more rings and I’ll add them to our inserts.”

“My wife and I purchased Indows for our 125 year house that faces a busy street. We were primarily interested in reducing the amount of noise in our living and sleeping rooms. We installed Indows on some windows that were original single pane and others that newer double pane replacements just to block as much as noise as possible. Indows are not just for single pane or historic windows, they can add another layer of sound and temperature insulation on newer windows. The drastic difference in street and vehicle noise was very impressive, even the Indows' rep seemed surprised. The investment was truly well worth the price to make our home an enjoyable and comfortable place to live. We purchased our Indows 5-6 years ago which look and function the same as the first day they were installed with no degradation of the surrounding seal or window area.”

“Was paranoid when measuring 100 year old large garage windows but soon had it all in order thanks to the sales team who kept reassuring me it was OK.(They reviewed the measurements for me). Then the windows arrived and they were beautiful, and yes they fit. The installation was fast and easy. I love those indows”

“The pallet it arrived on was hazardous. The bottom wooden piece was not aligned properly so 3inch screws were sticking out. The package was oddly balanced and difficult to move with a forklift, probably because of the pallet not being assembled properly.. The inserts were also labeled for the wrong windows. Apart from packaging, the windows worked well.”

Hi Abby, we are happy to hear that your inserts arrived safely. We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with our packaging materials. We appreciate your feedback as we do not often get to hear about the condition of our crating materials upon arrival. We have recently extended the lengths of some of our screws and added additional stabilizing pieces to make the crating even more robust. Even with these improvements, sometimes our materials can be mishandled by our shippers. Thank you for informing us of your issues with your order - we will reach out to our production team to see if we can make additional improvements to our packaging and shipping process. Once you respond to our email from today we can also provide you replacement labels for your inserts.

“Wow. Our bedrooms are noticeably warmer and quieter. Chilly drafts are a thing of the past - we actually had to take a blanket OFF the bed!”

“I suffered for years from the industrial noise outside our bedroom window. I was skeptical that the insert would really work, and concerned about the price, but as soon as we put the indow insert in I noticed a HUGE difference in the sound getting through. It is SO worth it! I can finally enjoy being in my bedroom! The measuring process was clear, and the delivery was timely, considering it had to be custom made. And, the customer service is excellent!”

“The frames blend in well, and installing into our sills worked well, though there is a bit of a learning curve. One concern is the ballooning inward that happens with temperature and pressure fluctuations. I will give it more time, but I was not expecting curved reflections in the plexiglass (that are due to a bulging surface, not flat).”

“Despite being very careful with my measurements the insert seems slightly too big. This squished the corners in a way that does not seem to create a good sound seal. I’m also dumbfounded at why there is only one D ring for removing the insert. There should at least be one on the top as well to help adjust and straighten the insert. Sound seems decrease by only 20-ish percent. Overall I feel like it was over $900 that I expected better results from.”

“We had a lot of drafts in four of our downstairs rooms. Since we inserted Indow window inserts in all of the windows in those rooms, we notice that the heat comes on less and the heat through the rooms is more even. I think they have made a big impact. We're eager to see the effect on our piano and how it holds a tuning.”
