“Great product. If it’s customized it will take a long time but it will be done to quality. Limited customization options but they will work with you to try to make something that functions for your need. Measuring is a bit of a hassle and technicians are limited, however with a few attempts it can be done and the end product is sized precisely. Easy one person install. Was worried it may crack when bent but it turned out highly durable. (Commercial grade version). No audible draft after installed. Indow is more clear than my actual window! Free cleaner included with Indow that works really well. Great way to exhaust an AC unit in a modern home to avoid the ugly plastic exhaust window insert that comes with AC units. Easy to work with and great customer service. Everything comes on time and is organized well. Would recommend 100% if your timeline isn’t too tight.”

“The Indow arrived very well packed. Also was very easy to install I did it by myself. It’s done a fantastic job of keeping the voices down. Not so much with the pool pump motor though. But I was told It might have trouble blocking all of the low frequency out. it might have trouble blocking all of the low frequency out. I am very happy with the product.”

“I really like the look of them, you barely see that they are in-front of your windows. The measurement process was hard. Installation was pretty easy. I bought them for noise reduction but i think they weren’t as big of a help as i hoped for. The road noise like cars zooming by and motorcycles etc is maybe 10-20% reduced but i still clearly can hear them. Especially the noise of cars with loud engines ( or bad exhausts) is clearly hearable. My whole bedroom is facing the road so the noise might be also coming through the walls- I can never know for sure. At the end overall it might help a little with the noise reduction but was not a permanent solution for me to try for other rooms in my house.”

“We got Indows for our living room first to keep out the sound of constant dog barking in our neighborhood. They work so well, we got another set for the office. We've had some pretty cold days here in the Northeast so far and the indows help keep the heat in too!. Highly recommend lookng at Indow before replacing your windows. The company and our local rep were wonderful to work with.”

“Restful night sleep AT LAST! After 6 years living with the noisy master bedroom 'freeway noise', it's finally GONE! We we're worried the noise was coming from the rafters of our 'vaulted ceilings' and wouldn't have all the noise removed from the Indow - put we were wrong! ALL the noise is gone - I find my self waking up and smiling because I can't hear a sound out doors. This whole process was a smooth, reliable, painful and knowledgeable process. Happy Sleepers! “My son's (Colin) bedroom window looks out to the back of a large grocery store. The early morning noise from trucks coming and going, loud banging from the unloading of product, and yelling voices made it impossible for my son to get a good night's sleep. I bought the Indow inserts for my son and after the first night he sent me a text - "First night I was able to get an entire night of sleep with no noise interruptions. Love Indow!" My son is happy to get sleep and I'm a happy Mom for finding these for him to buy.”

“First and foremost, the indows made a big difference in comfort in the two rooms. Those two previously cold rooms are now very comfortable. Secondly, the customer service is excellent. I had great customer service, with sincere follow-up to be sure that all was well. I'm a repeat customer, too.”

“They delivered the sound reduction ... I was just hoping for more. That said, it is definitely an improvement and I think over time it will be sufficient for a good nights sleep. It seems everyone around here likes trucks with noise generators on their mufflers. Easy to install, fit exceptionally. Look nice. Shipped in a well made crate/box. Best I’ve seen! Highly recommend...”

“Saved our house!!! We just bought a historically significant home in Indianapolis that is unfortunately located on a very busy street, Meridian St. The front rooms of the house were uninhabitable because of the traffic noise so I took a gamble and ordered Indow windows for the front master bedroom… Indow windows have saved our home!!! We are able to sleep without any disturbance of traffic noise. My daughter says her ears ring from silence.”

“Listen folks this product is amazing!!!! If you need solution to noises coming from your neighbor's furnace pipe or heat pump or air conditioning then this is the product you should get!!!! Period!!! I received the indow yesterday and it was packaged perfectly and I was thinking if it could perform just as perfect then my day will be perfect as well..LOL. So, it was beyond perfect and I slept not hearing any noises from the neighbor's furnace heat pipe was a little weird but happy... Thank you Reed and thank you indow for coming out a product that works.. Jim”

“I only have one in so I can’t tell if there is a chagr in this room temp. The room has 2 windows. I have a camera wire in the way so i either have to run a new line or change camera area. Once i figure it out I would be able to give a better review. They r nice though.”
