trip was nice. I loved Dubai. I thought some of the add on tours were not worth it. The hotel was lovely but not central location to Marina or the Palm. Guide was helpful as many of our tour participants needed assistance, but he didnt share much history as were were driving. I had to keep asking questions to learn about life in Dunai. He did not share this info freely. Food on the included tour (especially the boat dinner was not edible.

The tour was extremely interesting and chock full of events. Personnel on site were very helpful about making connections, guides and other factors. The only problem was that most of the hotels, while very plush and nice, where in the outskirts of town and it was difficult to walk and see the cultural "downtown" areas. On the occasions when we interacted with the citizens and communities (in Kathmandu and is Pushkar), everyone enjoyed those events. Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour.

After considering several travel companies, and tours our family decided on the Treasures of Rome and Amalfi Coast tour. It was the tour we wanted and included the sites we were looking forward to seeing. The tour was wondeful, however I did have to contact indus from Rome when our Vatican tour and train tickets were not at hotel reception. Fortunately Candida was able to email the documents before we needed them, and the hotel did have them printed later that day.

I liked the day by day schedule provided. However our change of hotels did increase our expenses with taxi costs to go anywhere in split. The staff wasn't able yo help us with thjngs to do. Not really a tourist hotel. There was no entertainment on the captains dinner night on the ship. Overall the guides crew and captain were outstanding. Meaks were excellent

Extremely well organized. Drivers always there with a sign with our names to take us to our next adventure. Accommodations were clean and walking distance to main strips.

The ground tours provided in both Cape Town and Dubai were excellent. The guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The air travel experience was not good as my son and I were booked on separate tickets. His ticket was issued together with two other travellers he did not know at the beginning of the tour. What ever way the tickets were issued we could not access our tickets on line to check in early, change seats, or check for an upgrade. My ticket was mixed up with another passenger (Kathryn Morrison) and when I paid for an extra bag it was credited to her account and not mine. This inconvenience caused a lot of stress and anxiety. Also in Cape Town, we did not receive a tour of Capetown as promised in the program.

The trip was very good and I am very glad that we attended. The drawbacks were 1) the hotel in Paris was too far from the sites we wished to see 2) the group dinner menus were very average at best, you may want to spend more on future menus or a least give your travellers more options 3) there was far too much walking involved, as a senior I found this very difficult. Your event hosts ( Jen and her husband) were excellent. They had, at times, a difficult job and they came through with flying colours. In fact, they were the highlight of the trip.

Not enough time on our own for shopping & pictures after being hustled around by guides.

Very flexible and helpful. Thanks to Indus Travels we could cross the Bolivian border from Puno and visit the fascinating site of Tiahuanaco and Puma Punku. I wish the tour guide had recommended us to climb up in Ollantaytambo to see the 6 giant monoliths (Sun Temple). Unfortunately, we didn't have time to see the Nazca Lines, but they helped us a lot with everything else. I cross my fingers so that next time we go to Peru, there will be a direct flight from Chicago to a Lima at a reasonable price. Indus Travels is far above the average travel agency.

Indus usually has good deals for small group size and excellent itinerary. I usually look up the same trip from several companies and Indus usually has the exact same itinerary with good hotels.

Hotels were excellent and in nice locations. Our tour guide,Thelma and bus driver.Luis were fantastic. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of their country. The only complaints were a couple of the tours were in English and Spanish. Also were left with no tour guide in Albufeira so had no vouchers for tours. Had no idea what time pick up to the airport. This was quickly rectified by a quick message to Lusanova Other than that little hiccup everything was excellent

Overall VERY GOOD with a few notations. Note #1- I had several travel guides. For each, English was a secondary language. Some of their English was misheard / ineffective. Note #2- I was never able to make contact with Europumundo via telephone. Three guides tried to solve the problem, and each time I thought they had fixed my problem. But, later when I dialed the number, it did not work. Note #3- I also was not able to open the travel app. Travel guide could not resolve. Technology is great only if it the customer can make it work. Note #4- Indus had not fully updated their webpage to reflect their "single only" occupancy rule. They were technical and less than gracious when I had several interactions with them about it.

A once in a lifetime experience. If you enjoy history , and culture you are in for an exceptional adventure. The guides in Cairo and on the Nile cruise were knowledgeable and passionate about their country. Thanks to everyone.

The trip in Portugal was wonderful; however some of the travel experiences were not. Long layover on the departure flight. Upon arrival, we were left at the hotel without much, other than a couple of lunch options, direction. The return flights were hellish once we landed in Toronto, with an unexpected layover for more than 6 hours. I know that couldn't be helped but Indus, I am relaying the experience. I also asked early on in the booking if I could extend my return flight and visit Spain. I was told I couldn't but I wasn't given the option of "land only", which a couple in our group had and went on to Spain when we left Portugal. I wish I would have been given this option...

Overall we had a very nice vacation. There were no real surprises between the time that we got to the airport, and the time we returned home. My only problem was that I didn't know which NY area airport we would be leaving from until after we paid for the package. Had I known we would be leaving from JFK airport, I would not have booked the trip. This airport is some 1 1/2 hours away, and almost $30 worth of tolls in each direction + gas...as opposed to Newark Int'l airport which is about 15 minutes away with not tolls and minimal gas...otherwise we had a great time.

The trip to Morocco was great. Accommodations were very good. The guide could have been more organized and provide timely instructions of activities. Please reduce the # of excursions to handicraft, pottery and shopping trips, or at least, provide alternate options for people who are not interested in these activities, and more interested in museums, art galleries and points of cultural interest. Thank you.
