“The colors were great and it feels nice. There was a small error towards the bottom left of the artwork, a small white spot where the ink seemed to miss. Aside from this I’m very happy with the quality and have ordered another design.”

“The interface to setup your custom image for the gamemat is good. Would like to see the ability to change a portrait image into a landscape image. The end image came out good on the mat. However, I ordered with stitched edging and it didn't have the stitched edging when it arrived.”

“Inked Gaming is a great way to support individual artists and their work. Their customer service is super helpful as well and are willing to work with you. The shipping took a little while, but considering that I made my purchase around the holidays and their business is located on the far opposite side of the country, I'd say they are well worth the money and time waiting for a quality product”

“The product arrived sooner than quoted which was most appreciated. The playmat's color came out beautifully and the stitching along the border looks sturdy. I paid to get a preview of the playmat ahead of time and there were no issues, so I can't say how that process is with rectifying the playmat's design. Otherwise, very happy with the quality of the product.”

“I will say that I bought this as a gift, yet ungiven. What blew me away was that after I made the order, and after I realized I had not given them enough lead time to meet the holiday party for which this was intended, one email later, no promises, but we'll try our best, my order was out the door and on the way and arrived well ahead of schedule. I was blown away by the service, top notch.”

“so I ordered a couple playmatts from this maker; turns out their delivery timeline is a lie; it’s not within 5-12 days as specified; I ordered my stuff on November 17th. It is now December 13th still waiting. Never arrived. Quite frankly I tried customer service and despite me reaching out to them; they promised it would be delivered within a week. So what do I do, I wait a week; GUESS what happens; it doesn’t ARRIVE. What’s the use of reeling customers it will arrive within the week and better question is; why have a promised deadline if it will never BE DELIVERED. What a scam. And what a waste of time and money. Seriously guys; you’re better off going to a different company that makes playmatts. Don’t waste your time with them. Because they clearly don’t care about the service they provide, I’d rather you save your money for a different place elsewhere 💯👌🏻”
