“I ordered a desk pad in January. The website said I should receive it in 5-15 business days. Here we are in April, and I still have not received the desk pad nor any updates. I've checked every couple of weeks, but the site just says they are experiencing delays due to holiday orders, even though I didn't order this until the last week of January. I asked for a refund so I can just go to another vendor, but haven't heard back.”

“I ordered a Christmas gift in early December. There was no communication from this company after my order until shortly before Christmas when I reached out. It had been weeks since my order and my order was not yet even confirmed. I attempted to cancel the order and told this company I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. The mat I ordered finally showed up in January. The mat itself is fine, but the communication, and timeliness of filling orders was terrible. I suspect if I had not been reaching out they would have kept my money and never filled the order, since my credit card was charged at the time I placed the order.”

“The order was placed on 1/1/2025. The money was deducted from my bank account on 1/2/2025. I have contacted the customer service/support many, many times to see where my order is. I received on response on 1/28/2025, stating that they were busy and the order would be filled soon. It is now 2/13/2025, I have contacted them several times since 1/28/2025. There has been no response. I am not sure what to do from here. My order is still in the "Unfulfilled" status. I may never see it or get my money back. I am very disappointed and will never order from them again.”

“Dit platform leek betrouwbaar, maar nadat ik mijn investering had gedaan, kon ik niet meer bij mijn geld en werd alle communicatie met hun supportteam verbroken. “so I ordered a couple playmatts from this maker; turns out their delivery timeline is a lie; it’s not within 5-12 days as specified; I ordered my stuff on November 17th. It is now December 13th still waiting. Never arrived. Quite frankly I tried customer service and despite me reaching out to them; they promised it would be delivered within a week. So what do I do, I wait a week; GUESS what happens; it doesn’t ARRIVE. What’s the use of reeling customers it will arrive within the week and better question is; why have a promised deadline if it will never BE DELIVERED. What a scam. And what a waste of time and money. Seriously guys; you’re better off going to a different company that makes playmatts. Don’t waste your time with them. Because they clearly don’t care about the service they provide, I’d rather you save your money for a different place elsewhere 💯👌🏻”

“If ordering on line and you need your item by a certain date. I would look elsewhere. The 4-8 day shipping time that mention is the the time it takes them to send it to you. Then you wait for delivery.”
