“I ordered a Matt in Dec of 24. As of today March 23 2025 they have still not completed the item.”

“Great product with abysmal shipping/fulfillment. I waited almost two weeks before my COMPLETED order was shipped. Almost two weeks after that, I finally received my order. Unless you do NOT need to receive your order within 4-6 weeks, feel free to order and wait.”

“Reasonable price and fast enough service, but the playmat is thinner than expected, the stitched edge is not what I expected either, and the playmat itself reeks. Like really bad factory smell”

“The playmate didn't get delivered till way after a month time the quality of ink itself is subpar at best, overall very disappointed with the experience and the quality of the mat.”

“The ship, the centerpiece of the playmat I bought, is very low quality specifically around the ropes and nets. It is unfortunate because the waves and sky are amazing. The playmat is $35, but I would only get $25 if I return it.”

“The stitching on one of my mats came with the edge already coming up. I haven't even used it yet. I placed my order December 30th and finally got it January 18th. You guys have so many cool looking things on your site but unfortunately I don't think I will ever order from you guys again.”

“Placed on order on January 3rd, assumed it would take a week to process and everything because it’s still holiday season, no worries there. January 12th I received an email saying it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. January 18th at 10:30pm UPS finally received the order. Why was there an entire week of no communication for no movement on my order? If it’s not shipped don’t tell me it’s been shipped.”

“Terrible shipping experience. I ordered with priority shipping (2-4 business days). First it took forever to ship then when it actually did it took about 2 weeks and for four days straight the tracking info said “arriving today.” Very inaccurate information and misleading. The playmat I ordered was decent quality but unfortunately due to shipping issues I don’t think I’d be ordering again.”

“Matt and dice bag were thrown loosely into a box with nothing to protect it during shipping(not even a plastic tube or bubble wrap, just an empty box)Minor fraying despite having stitched edges just from shipping I guess. Had to pay 15$ for duties ontop of everything. For 115 cad I expected better. Dice bag is nice though.”

“The wait for them to make and ship the mat was already pretty high at 12 -15 business days, which was prolonged even more by the "printer problems" that I wasn't informed of before making the order. the printing itself isn't the best but its good enough. The stitching is very good as well. My main issue is the cropping. Every sample image shown on the site either has an unnoticable amount of the head cropped out or no cropping problems at all. Mine somehow has a noticable amount head cropped out. Moving the image a couple inches down to where the head isn't cropped out and the boot tip cropped out would have been better. Still, its not the end of the world and I'm not gonna bother sending it back in and wait another 4 weeks.”

“All the products sent are of good quality but the price you pay seems a little much for what you actually get in the box drop. Must of the things I could have bought separately off Amazon or from my local gaming store for under the subscription cost as a whole. I gave it 3 times but will have to cancel due to discrepancies mentioned above. Valiant effort though and I love the idea behind it, if it gets better I’d love to come back.”

“Disappointed, Got the highest detail images to use for the mats and even paid extra fro the editing/preview. After it was all set up the preview looked great but when i received both mat the images were blown out. Not worth it.”

“Definitely not worth spending $30 on. But with a $10 coupon it made it tolerable. Most of the items were things I would never by myself.”
