Unfortunately, my experience has not been great. The toner did come quickly and the price was good, however, my printer will not print with these toner cartridges! I bought these cartridges for work and three other people use my printer. Now, none of us can print! I am in the process of contacting InkTonerStore.com to get a refund and mailing label.

The drums appear to be a problem. Our printer indicates a problem with the new drum when printing. I called and left a message days ago and no return call. It appeared that you were out of business when I attempted to call a few days ago. Your phone rang and rang and rang. Your website would not let me send a message. Perhaps you should have only been rated with one star.

I cancelled toner cartridge order just a few hours after online order. Toner was delivered anyway. Spoke w/rep there who said I would have to take to UPS store for return to get full credit. Explained to person at store who made note. However, cartridge landed back on doorstep following day. UPS is 15 min. drive each way. Can someone not just send me new label to get this cartridge properly returned? I've worked with PSN online ink cart. supplier (Burbank, CA) for my business previously. Unless this is more easily resolved, I will advise my clients to support suppliers that are more customer-service oriented.

I'm not happy at all with my purchase of ink toner. I had used them once before and they were great. This last one was terrible. The colors do not print well. They are faded and muted. They are also not dense. The black toner keeps leaving a streak along the side of the paper and so I have to keep pulling out the toner and cleaning it. I print a lot for my business and create my own packaging and this just looks terrible. I won't be purchasing from them again. - Craig Sterken

I ordered 2 black and 2 color cartridges for our printers. Here I thought for what we paid for the cartridges hopefully they would work. The cartridges don’t work. I was going to call and see about sending them back to you. Nancy Walk, 281-350-4311

Been using them for a while, prices were good but toners hit or miss. Last order placed was accidentally for the wrong model number and they wouldn’t accept the item back for an exchange. Unfortunate.

The ink left a streak of yellow on both sides of the paper. It took about 100 sheets to come out of that. I wasn't thrilled. Not sure if I want to try another one. I would give it a 2.5 star. Not poor but not acceptable either.

The 1st cartridge worked fine, the 2nd one is giving me issues. Its leaving toner marks / smudges. For the type of business that i do, i cant afford these on the forms.

The toner had some parts on the page, about the size of a letter, that were not printed. I was hoping it would work out and even pulled it out of my printer again and tilted it left and right and moved the slider back and forth, but there has been no improvement since I got it. There were also no instructions with it. I paid a little bit more this time because I didn't want the bottom of the line. But the 2 cheaper ones I bought before [I didn't remember where], were perfect. Duane Craig, Fitchburg WI.

Cartridge has failed. It was a replacement for a prior failed cartridge that I procured from the same supplier. There must be a bad run of cartridges for HP Laserjet 1320. Green label on the cartridge says IH-Q5949A-NNS.

Replaced drum (Brother -DR420/450) 7/6/16 and went bad on 8/30/16. Replaced cartridge at same time as drum and the cartridge is still good. Cartridge last us 3 months normally and the original drum lasted us thru 6 cartridges. Kept saying drum error for the last 2 days. we would take it out, clean it and would only print 2 pages before got drum error and finally it said to replace drum. Go with OEM, they last longer.

The major problem that I have is when I receive the toner the valve was open for the chamber so when I pull the tape out everything went on the floor.

The cartridge works but I found another site that has the same toner for about 1/3 the price...including shipping. I believe my credit card was hacked after ordering from your site as well. I won't be back.

The toner would not communicate with our printer and it still thinks toner is low. It was more narrow and the included parts did not work well with our Dell printer

The price was right, but I got what I paid for. The printing is too light, but the worst part is it leaves a shadow of ink on the whole page. The quality is quite poor, and I'll have to replace it if I need to print something important. That's not good value. It's just cheap.

The ordering process was quick and easy but the product itself does not provide the same print quality as other brands. The print is light black almost grey tone. I changed the settings on my printer to darken the print and it still is printing in a light shade.

Stephanie, I order ink toner for a 3115cn copier, all four. I never received a confirmation or tracking number, therefore I order from another supplier. Just looking at my bank statement I discovered I had be charged $204.00 with no info. I tracked it back to inktoner store. I was told the toner would be delivered a certain date. Without any information I did not know anything else about this transaction rather than looking and finding I had been debited for it which caused some minor problems. I'm now in the process of trying to get the charge credited back to my account. Still can't find any information on what is happening. This in all likelihood a isolated incident but I'm worried about getting my money back. The packaged was refused from Fed-Ex but this is little consolation as to what is going on. Therefore, I rate this service as poor. The supplier used was very prompt from the minute of the transaction with all kinds of tracking and billing information.

Hi Julian. We are sorry to hear that you have the trouble. If a customer does not receive the order confirmation and tracking number emails, it is usually because there is a typo of the email address when placing the order or the emails went to the spam folder. The cartridge seems to have a defeat ... as one half of each page comes out with a grey shadow ... please explain why this is happening. Thank you.

USING THIS INK TONER....INK DOESN'T SEEM VERY DARK, BUT I THOUGHT ID TRY IT.
