Had the items I needed. However, I didn't need a whole Brake line kit, only portions of it. But, they don't sell the pieces separately. So now i have extras. Not the end of the world. but when your buying replacement and repair parts you like o buy only what you need.

I am sorry we didn't have exactly what you are looking for, but on the bright side you now have the extra tubes for your vehicle when the others go bad on you!

Overall nice product. Just wish it came with better instructions. Tech support was great. Don’t really know how it performs being I have yet to get it completed.

I ordered transmission cooler lines for my 1995 Chevy S-10 4.3 engine. My mechanic Rob has over 30 years in the business. He said they were the wrong lines and would not fit. I answered the info on the return section and sent a email. A James Dudeck did reply asking where I had got the parts and I replied off Inlinetube web site. MY order number is 12726. I have not heard back.

William, I have Checked into this for you. We sometimes see pattern variances and have secondary patterns. If you are able to send a picture of your original lines to us we can see if we have the patterns you need and send them to you. Please send these pictures to James and he will get them to our tech.

Very unfair company 20% restocking fee is ridiculous especially when they don’t let you know that there is a 20% restocking fee and technical help is very poor. Assured me parts would be right and nothing fit. Returned unused none fitting parts back and still got charged more for returning! Payed around $111 and got returned around $57. Thieves!

Larry, I have looked into this and there was a mistake on your return. We did not notice the banjos that were also returned. we are processing another credit for you today. The brake line recieved for my 2003 Excursion wasn't even close to being a reasonable fit. Since we are unable to call and speak with anyone I had to send an email to the company. To my surprise a person by the name of James responded and requested a picture of the line sent and an indication of the issue. So I sent a picture of the line indicating where the flare fitting is supposed to be. At that point all responses to my emails were ignored.

I am sorry you had a less than satisfactory. We try our hardest to help ever customer to the best of our ability. My apologies that we fell short on this order for you. We handle tech support though email to facilitate sending pictures which is necessary for understanding tech problems hundreds of miles from the vehicles having the issue. Steel line are very good metering block very poor used old one as new was not even close and bracket fell off
