Ordered two items on 30/11. One, a keyboard, has arrived. the other PEBBLE M350 WIRELESS MOUSEOFF WHITE 2.4GHZ/BT EMEA IN has not arrived yet, despite my email to the customer services dated 6/12, which did not receive any answer.

I called today and waiting 10min before I was put to your sales department as I'm looking to purchase 21 tablets! I asked for advised and was told unless I had a part number their sales lady wouldn't help. I said to her, I've never done that, I've called and given the spec I needed then was sent some recommendations! She refused to held then said oh sorry cant here you!! cant hear you!! Absolute disgraceful service!! I then called to speak to her manager and waited another 10min for your reception to speak to a manager in the SMBE department, who then cut me off!! Can someone call me to make a formal complaint

Insight has consistently let our company down. Poor communication is their biggest failing. Saying items are in stock where they are not. Escalating to manager achieves nothing.

I'm a Global IT manager, I find the multiple poor reviews very surprising. I've used the company for 15 years and they have always provided a cost effective professional service. Recommended!

Incredibly bad service. . Order a laptop on Friday morning for a Saturday delivery as needed to do urgent work for a client over the weekend. Called before I placed the order, was reassured it would arrive on Saturday. Of course not only they could not be bothered to go to the warehouse to ship it. But when I called on Monday they explained the order is put on hold as it my first order. Seriously? Of course they charged the AMEX immediately. Speechless. Stay away.

Untrusted company offer some price if they didn't convinced they cancel after a couple days with the excuse is error on price, however them have similar Apple Watch still listed on the same price, bought that and cancelled as well, sound very dodgy company

I also fell victim to the £20 "re-stocking" fee. The whole process wasn’t great with Insight, from follow a Google shopping ad for a 500GB SSD hard drive which in fact lead to the 250GB version which was selling for a few pounds less than I could buy the 500GB from Amazon. Unfortunately, in my haste to purchase the item I clicked on the cheapest Google shopping ad and didn’t double check the size on the website and purchased it. Having quickly realised I had purchased the smaller drive I quickly sent an email to cancel the order which bounced back as undeliverable. I then sent a support ticket though the website requesting to cancel the order and stop it going out. Support came back and said they would try and stop it if they could, I made contact about 20mins after purchasing. Checking their FAQ’s on the website it clearly states an order can be cancelled before the order moves to 'Order is shipping' status which happened 22hrs after I placed the order and therefore should had been cancelled as per my request within 20mins of ordering. https://www.uk.insight.com/en-gb/information/help Anyway, the order got dispatched and I’m now facing a £20 restocking fee even though I requested the order to be cancelled. My advice is be very careful when ordering from Insight everything looks to be more expensive than Amazon, and had I purchased from Amazon I would have been able to cancel the order within minutes or even return FOC without a restocking fee. The 500GB SSD drive I actually wanted is nearly £30 cheaper on Amazon, be carefully when purchasing through Insight Direct (UK)Limited especially if following a Google shopping Ad as it could be leading to the wrong product! Will never deal with this company again or recommend. Do I except paying £20 restocking for an order I quickly asked to be cancelled and you sent anyway! NO

Worst customer experience I've ever had online. I ordered an external hard drive from this company and after hearing nothing for a week (no dispatch note) I logged into my account to find my order no longer existed. At this point I contacted support. Apparently the company did not want to honour the price they listed the hard drive at and this is why my order was not dispatched. Instead of contacting me about this and cancelling the order they decided to just silently cancel the order and leave the customer to chase their refund when they wonder why their product hasn't been dispatched. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs unless you want to waste a lot of time and effort fighting for your money back, and certainly don't use the company if you need a product quickly like I did because it may well not turn up at all. I feel the one star I am required to give as a minimum is being too generous.

Seems like many others have been disappointed with this company. Placed an order in good faith, after few days the order disappeared, had to chase them up and ended up waiting over a week to be told my order was cancelled. Shame I can't give less than one star.

The same story here. I ordered a hdd for a fair price from them. They took the money from my bank account and their website said my order is accepted. Five days later I checked back and I saw nothing on their website. My order just simply disappeared! I had to open a ticket ask them to kindly refund my money. I'm wondering what would happen if I forgot about this order... Avoid this company. If you find a good deal then they are going to cancel your order!

As someone else on here as said ordered a hard drive, payment details taken and received an email. When checking later realised email said orders only accepted when dispatched. I had to contact them two weeks later chasing the order and got a quick reply stating the order had been canceled due to a pricing error. Would not have minded so much if they had at least notified me of their error. Still, nearly christmas better get out there and order another one from one of those many reliable companies out there. If it seems like a good deal avoid Insight!

Ordered a hard drive last week and have still not received any shipping confirmation email?! I have logged into my account to check my orders and my order is no longer showing there?! I'm guessing they have cancelled my order without even contacting me. What an absolutely disgusting company. AVOID and buy elsewhere that will actually ship your purchased items out! Bunch of cowboys these lot!

Absolute useless company, ordered 4 portable hard drives from them, that clearly were a mis- price, but ordered anyway. I never expected them to be honoured if I'm honest, but the level of customer service is a disgrace. I week goes past and no sign of an email to say whether the order has been cancelled or fulfilled. I log into my insight account to find no trace of the order at all, disappeared. Sent them a ticket regarding this, and all I get is " you order has been cancelled and any money pending or taken will be returned " No apologies of any kind Well that's just great, £135 of my money is currently pending with my bank account for the past week, and obviously I have no access to this until insight cancel the order proper. No idea when this is happening. Absolute disgrace, never had this with any on-line company before and I've been ordering on-line for around 20 years now. you have been warned, I shall never use these guys again and will be recommending friends and family don't either !

Gave them an opportunity to quote on £100k worth of business to my company, the sales team said they didn't have the time. Appalling company that will likely go bust with this attitude, they will only get small item business from my company from this day forth.

Given the negative feedback I was a little concerned, but I was ordering a graphics card which was rarer than hens teeth, it was well worth the wait at the very reasonable price (£100 less than everyone else) as every crypto miners has been buying them up. Got my rx580 pulse 8gb on the right side of £250....thanks insight!

Order place one month ago, no communication about when goods would be in stock, attempted to raise support ticket to enquire when goods would be delivered which was closed and deleted, poor service.

They insisted on being pedantic about the address. Which was correct. Same billing address as delivery address. I paid 4 times the prices of the item to have it delivered the next day. (happy to do as I really needed it). They didn't include my phone number with the courier. They didn't say who the courier was. And then they used an incomplete address... so my item was to be delivered on Monday rather Friday.

Quoted a price for a large number of Dell PC's (07/07) - plenty of stock. Placed an order the following week (13/07) and only heard today (18/07) that Insight sold all the stock to another customer... I fail to see why it's taken 5 days to advise as such. (FYI, they still have tons of stock at a miraculously higher price; read into that what you will)

They seem ok with simple orders but when it comes to a bit more complex, out of their conform zone type of orders, they are not helpful and not knowledgeable at all. They insist that they ship the goods worldwide but they know nothing about pre-shipment inspection (at least the contact I've been dealing with) and insist that i should talk to their distributor directly. Isn't it like droping their own responsibility? Just because they don't know certain regulations and can't be bother to sort it out, it doesn't mean that they can ask the customer to do the job they should do??? Even worse, they can be agressive and rude. This is what I have experieinced just now. Very poor customer service indeed.
