“Actually don’t understand why people keep trying to order from them. They’ve been taking people’s money and not sending out orders for months now. I was a happy customer for about a year but in August, I ordered as usual, they took the money and I didn’t get my order. Guess what? I DIDN’T ORDER ANYTHING ELSE. Why continue trying, just wasting your money! I emailed them about it and they said my money must have bounced back as they were in the process of changing their bank details. It didn’t bounce back at all. Was spending £200 a month. They lost a good customer. At least I’m £200 a month better off lol x”
“Ordered and paid for goods on 2nd December 2022. Did not receive tracking no and rno replyeply from them despite sending many emails. Have not received goods or refund. Account details did show order ON HOLD but now all details wiped. My advice is:-

“Don't use insomnia tabs.I brought from them twice,no problem at all,I then put a order through for £159.00,my money was taken instantly but no response or tracking number.This is not to do with the strike. “I have been a regular customer. My just order 11619 which I paid for straight away was placed on hold and I didn’t get the product or my money back from Infinite Logistics Ltd which is the bank account I paid. Will have to claim back through my bank. All emails and contact ghosted”
“That picture showing a delivery could be absolutely anything. I reckon Insomnia Tabs has posted that picture. We're not daft. So if it's a genuine customer, where are our orders?
That post and photo are definitely from them.
If it's real, then show us the tracking number. That won't show your address. That way we can all see what date it was sent and the delivery date.
You must think we are thick being taken in by that.”

“Terrible terrible place do not waste your money, placed an order on the 13th October for ages it kept saying processing then the order status changed to completed but still no parcel has arrived. Sent countless emails and got no response . Money wasted for nothing !!!”

“I have ordered from this website for the past 2 years And all of a sudden I haven’t been receiving my orders I had paid £150 for two diff orders and I haven’t received a response on email or didn’t even receive a tracking number. This site was always reliable and it was always next day delivery but now they have just stole my money and failed to send out my parcels I am not happy and becoming very Sick infact without my medication”
“Have used them as a back up site when the main guys I use have an issue. In the past they’ve sold me chalk tramadol. Have bought some bensedin diazepam off them recently and all has been ok up till now. Got my order a day late but that was due to the Royal Mail strikes so can’t fault them for that but what I’ve received is either straight up chalk with no active ingredient or chalk and filler with a tiny amount of whatever they’ve put in it. I don’t think they even know what they’re selling anyway. They buy it from somewhere and sell it on to us but don’t care when what they’ve ended up selling us is rubbish. I buy diazepam off these places and I obviously don’t expect it to be diazepam but I do at least expect it to have a good amount of something similar in it, research chemical wise. Overall if you’re desperate then give them a try and cross your fingers but otherwise avoid them”
