One of the worst company ever. If you want to cancel on the 8th month of using the policy you have to pay additional 4 months even if you don't have the car anymore! That's outrageous!! Everything is hidden under a fine print and no one is telling you about their high charges for making any move. I would look twice before dealing with this kind of thefts

Unfortunately, as you have entered into a 12 month contract, cancellation charges and terms are imposed. I have talked to you and nobody has changed anything ... You are thief ... you steal people's money ... you should inform the customer at the beginning of the conversation that he has to pay all year and if he sells the car then it must be paid .. One thing I know for sure - this agency is the worst of all .... DO NOT SIGN AGREEMENT WITH THIS AGENCY !!!!!!!

I suggested not to go with this Company Very disappointed with service, very bad communication,If I had known that I will never go with you . I have sold my car and you guys wanted to charge me for half the year, I was told if I sold my car you get my money back.what also annoyed me was you guys seem to have no power I asked to speak with manger and your replied "there is No manager Herę " because I sold my car because I was going to change my car you said you will charge me half my insurance policy unbelievable 750£+125£cancelation fees really it's ridiculous service.

It is nearly one year later and I haven't received my Car Insurance Policy. I have been phoning and writing in contact forms with no response - only finally tonight getting through to someone (by choosing options on the terrible phone service, almost non-existent). I have been promised someone will contact me to sort it out. Toniight a new used car has arrived and I can't drive it because my insurers are impossible to contact, lousy at fulfilling their obligations - not even an acknowledgement - I only know I'm insured because I've been paying Close Brothers Finance. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY TO APOLOGISE AND SORT THIS FIASCO OUT!

I have no complaints about this company, and have just insured my car with them for a second year running. The customer service agent- Sophie, was friendly helpful and professional and made the renewal process very quick and easy. Good company with competitive prices and excellent customer service agents. Very disappointed with service, very bad communication, I also believe that I have been mistreated and the stress I had to take for 2 weeks because of one insurance it's unbelievable. If I had known that I have to do all that I would have just gone to a direct insurance than using a broker like yourself. I wanted to cancel my insurance and your company wanted to charge me half of my insurance which my insurance wasn't even 27 days and you guys wanted to charge me for half the year. I believe I have been put into a situation hat I have no way out. I was told if I cancel I pay half the years payment regardless which you guys took a finance under my name so regardless I will have to pay. Also what also annoyed me was you guys seem to have no power as there is 2 other companies involved one which is the insurer and gen the financer. I mean I run few business and I understand how you guys work but wanting to charge me half my years insurance just because I want to cancel because I was going to change my car you said you will charge me. Now I couldn't sell my car and neither can I cancel insurance. Very cunning

Very bad communication I tried to speak to manager many times unfortunately I was unable to speak to him due Custamer service people who really they want to convince me the is no way I can speak to manager and due bad communication I lost my previous years no claim bound by insurance my car with this company am not recommended at all to any one

If you tray to cancel it, they will roll you off. Another friend still strougle to get his claim. They are taking money but doesn't botther to pay.
