“Ordered a couple of LED bulbs, email confirmation was prompt. Dispatched same day and arrived on the next day (Saturday). Packaging was good and also had a request to contact them if anything was not to my complete satisfaction. Goods were received in excellent condition and every indication is that the company is making a genuine effort with customer service.”

“Excellent product, excellent price and swiftly delivered. I'm amazed at the brightness and have replace all 10 downlighters in the kitchen. Total 50w instead of 500W Brilliant! Will be replacing others shortly”

“Received parcel in timely manner but disappointed that I clearly asked for it to be delivered to another address not my billing address! Luckily I had good neighbours who took the parcel in.”

“Good service, easy to use web site and easy payment. Very impressed with the Integral LED 'Classic Glow' (2700K 500lm) - Very impressive colour temperature - really is just like halogen bulb (but runs at 7w instead of 50w!)”

“We had not dealt with "International LED's" before, but a booklet landed on my desk at work ( source unknown ! ) which had details of L.E.D. ceiling panels. We had been thinking of replacing the current fluorescent tube fittings with L.E.D's for a while but, as it is relatively new-ish tech' had been reluctant to replace all the panels throughout the entire site. We asked to be supplied with just one panel for trial purposes; "No problem" we were told and, sure enough a single panel arrived incredibly quickly, well packaged and at reasonable cost. Assuming the trial goes well we will return to "International" for the substantial number of panels required. The panel is doing fine so far.”
