“I have tried 3 times to get a replacement for a faulty fitting on my first order. I have had to buy an extra fitting to complete the job for the customer on time at my own expense, I have sent two emails and made a phone call and had no response.”

“I searched on International LEDS website for motion sensor LED bulbs and ordered two of those listed. when I received them they turned out to be dawn to dusk sensor lamps, not at all suitable for my usage. They can of course be used as rather expensive standard LEDs. On returning to the site I noted that clicking on "more info"and producing a new page it stated that these were dawn to dusk bulbs but I feel the layout is misleading. On the plus side the parcel arrived in good time and well packaged.”

Dear Will, I apologies that you have found the layout of our site unhelpful on this occasion, By clicking on "more details" on our product page actually only scrolls down on the page where you will find all relevant information for the lamp. We have sold many of these units in the past and have had no issue however if you wish to send these lamps back to us in the original packaging I will happily refund you for the goods. “I telephoned just to check the progress of an order for an LED porch light as I had an electrician booked for a couple of days later. Matt the sales manager confirmed that my light had just arrived and he would send it by courier instead of normal mail. This was excellent service as the light arrived the next day and a day before the electrician arrived. All in all a first class service and I will certainly be repeating my business.”

“The product I ordered had been discontinued but still appeared on the product list. I only found out after I had paid by C.C. and now have to reconcile the payment and refund on my company credit card, also I am disappointed not getting the lamps as they were just what I was looking for.”

“Two Crompton warm white led cooker hood lamps ordered on 8/9/16 via the website, delivered on 10/9/16. Apart from the swift delivery they were very securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box stuffed with shredded paper along with a delivery note, invoice and all contact details on a separate thank you note should there be any problems (there were none). Quick service from a professional and helpful company. Highly recommended.”

“I had tried to get a replacement light in Peterborough, but was fobbed off with the wrong unit at one wholesaler and got less than nil help from any of the others. But international LED had exactly what I wanted and a first rate service, thank you very much.”

“I must admit to being somewhat fascinated by different types of lights and use variouse sorts of bulbs to create effects for photographs so coming across International LEDs website was an absolute delight, i was absolutely confident that the uv GU10 bulb i ordered would be genuine and of very good quality. The bulb was dispatched within a few hours of ordering and when it arrived i was very impressed again. It is great to know there is a great company you can rely on to give advice and great products and service all at very good prices. I for one will be ordering all my bulbs from them in future”
