“Item not in stock till mid December requested a refund over a week ago still waiting Company replied that it would take 2-3 days for a refund yet the money went out of my account immediately. PayPal Last thursdays email also states "Dear Just a quick note to let you know we have despatched your order of the following: - " Despatched your order! No mention of a refund”

“Excellent customer service. I have a problem with the candle bulbs being too long (120mm instead of 110mm) for my bedside lamps. Contacted customer service who were very quick in sending me alternative bulbs plus 2 extra. They didn't wait the old bulbs to be returned which was not a requirement. Also they updated their website with the correct bulb dimensions. Very good and understanding.”

“I amended my internet order shortly after placing it on line. The phone was answered quickly and the change was made with any problems, but the email I received to say the order had been dispatched was the original one and the order listed in "my account" had several items missing. However the order was correct when received.”
