Disappointing Customer Service & Lack of Transparency I’ve had a frustrating experience with InterNations regarding their membership policies. After facing an issue with refunds and cancellation, I attempted to contact their support team multiple times—only to be met with complete silence. It appears that once a customer raises concerns related to refunds, the platform becomes unresponsive. This lack of transparency and accountability makes me question the platform’s integrity. For a service that promotes global connection and community, it’s disheartening to see such poor communication practices. I would caution others to be mindful of this before committing to a paid membership. A genuine platform should prioritize its members' concerns, not avoid them. I hope InterNations improves its customer support moving forward.

I paid the yearly subscription on 1 March 2025. My account was not updated so I had no membership benefits. I sent 6 messsges to their help service and even the press relations and got no answer. After 10 days contacted Apple to get a refund. A complete waste of time and the worst customer service - non existent.

As others have found, payment is a well organised scam. I didn't find this out until my credit card expired and I got the first of several renewal reminders. I assumed that if I ignored them, my membership would be cancelled. Not so. You must actively cancel. BUT they have the ultimate Catch 22. They black out your membership benefits, so when you try to suspend your membership, you can't. So, in order to suspend your membership, you have to renew it. GREAT SCAM. Now they're threatening me with debt collectors which really seriously annoys me. Let's see what happens, This is supposed to be a fraternal friendly organization. What they're doing is more like fratricide, so I'm really not going to roll over. I'm at pains to be civil is this post. I could be MUCH ruder.

I recently found myself caught in a deceptive scam orchestrated by a fraudulent broker. However, thanks to the persistent efforts of an outstanding financial recovery service, I successfully reclaimed my hard-earned money. Initially, realizing I had fallen victim to such a scheme left me overwhelmed with despair and frustration. But discovering the remarkable assistance provided by Mrs. Charlotte and her team gave me renewed hope. From our very first interaction, their expertise and dedication were evident. They guided me through each step of the recovery process, offering invaluable advice and unwavering support. Their professionalism and meticulous attention to detail played a crucial role in achieving a positive outcome. Throughout the process, they ensured I was promptly informed of every development in my case through phone calls and emails. Their transparency and commitment to keeping me updated helped alleviate much of the anxiety and uncertainty I was feeling. Internations will kindly give you 30 days free membership as Albatross. One minute thereafter, they will charge you the full years membership €119, which i paid. The minute you try and cancel albatross to go back to basic and seek a refund due to change of mind, its better you never ask. They operate German policy: rude and wont be helpful. Read the reviews. They are a monster company operating poor standards and scamming every one. No fair policy on cancelletions. UK Trading standards pay attention. Credit card companies pay attention. How can such a company exist in 21st century? They disregard cancellations for a refund. You sign up to free trial period, thereafter its a full on years membership charge, thats their terms. Every attempt to seek cancellation for a refund is a waste of time, even if you have complaints on service, unable to use the service or any reason whatsoever. You have paid. Sel a vie.

Most of their members are frauds. They get information from local authorized frauds in every country .

They make a last-minute adjustment to the regulations, and staff emails afterwards reveal complete uncertainty. Regarding trading options, a staff worker responded by saying that brokers are ready to trade twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Only during market hours can you trade options, however their help personnel is clueless about the exact hours the market is open. They continue with contradicting information. The information on the website and emails from support workers seem to contradict one other. I am grateful to Admk Ltd for helping me recover my losses, and I am sharing this to vouch for their excellent work.

Feels like a scam. You have to fill out a form to be scrutinized before being accepted. I filled the form with basic information and they declined my application, for no specified reason, without any reason. Better off without them if they're this pathetic and scam-like from the get go.

I know how unfortunate it is that many people fall victim to a wide range of fraudulent activity online, resulting in significant losses, some of which can have life-changing consequences. I suffered a loss of approximately $170,000. I was totally devastated and confused. But thank God for my colleague who introduced me to a legit, certified and verified money/digital asset recovery company that helped me recover all my lost funds. Their services were prompt and truthful. Are you finding yourself in the middle of losing funds/crypto and other digital assets online? Don't worry anymore, you can contact her via Email: doris_ashley_71 (@)_ gmail_ com WhatsApp: +1---(404)--721---56--08

Stay away. The level of spam they send is off the charts, even after turning off email notifications on 4 different occasions. Don't register, don't subscribe, you will regret it.

Internations is a predatory scam website. I was catfished on it straight away. They didn’t get any money but do this bait and switch romance scam… stolen identities and it was super crazy! When I tried to notify Internations about their site having this catfish and the details. They didn’t respond. I tried again. Didn’t respond. Now I am kicked off of the site and declined membership no matter which email I use.. I believe the site is set up deliberately to catfish people. I’ve notified authorities. Stay away from it! Delete! Don’t join! Tell others!

I got declined, even though I was born in the country I want to travel to! They know I'm not member of the tribe, I guess. So long, Wheezy.

They will want you if you're white and European. I applied and put my country of birth as Sri Lanka. Immediately rejected. They had no other information other than my gender. Then realized the company is German. The white supremacy now makes sense

I was declined membership but have no idea why! I was once a member a long time ago but that was many years ago, with a different email, and I had no problems and even attended some events. It looks like it’s become a scam website.
