“The three decorative boxes in a set were lovely and arrived quickly and well packaged. The biggest box is only just big enough for A 4 papers and I would have liked it a little larger to hold an A4 file but otherwise it is great - attractive pattern and size”

“I got a "10% off FIRST order " offer AFTER I placed my order. I asked if I could have 10% off and they refunded my Paypal account immediately. When I placed the order, I realized I had the wrong delivery address (I had accidentally left my friend's address on my Paypal account).....I contacted Internet Gifts IMMEDIATELY and gave the correct address. They confirmed the correction, but the goods were still delivered to my friend's address. Internet Gift Store refunded me £10.00 for the inconvenience. Some problems, but excellent after sales service. Very quick to compensate for errors.”

“Ordered a gift for Mother's Day, messaged to see how long post normally takes and was given a refund no explanation, I messaged again to see why and was told it had been lost in the post, in other words it hadn't even been sent out, will never use the company again, completely unprofessional and inconsiderate, if the item was unavailable a email would have sufficed if the company were unable to remove it from Google selling pages, absolute joke!”

“My order was designed 5 days later. Was well packed. There was 1 item in my order I had not ordered. I informed internet gift. I returned the item I was to be reimbursed the postage. To date I have not received the postage I had to pay for there mistake. I will not be placing further orders .”

“I had not heard of Internet Store before, but was searching for a Yankee candle gift set for Mother's Day. The gift set on Internet Store gave the best price so I took the plunge and ordered it. Cannot be happier my item arrived in good time and just as expected would defiantly shop with them again.”
