I absolutely love ordering from you guys especially with fake plants, bedding and lighting. I have 100% satisfaction as a customer and my reptiles love you as a company as well. I purchased 2 5ft vivariums from Internet Reptile. I picked them up from their warehouse in Nottingham and it's a reptile wonderland with anything a reptile would need. An employee kindly loaded the boxes into my car for me. I ran into an issue where one of the boxes was missing the glass doors and runners for the vivarium. I contacted Internet Reptile expecting to be told "there's nothing we can do, return it for a refund" However that is not the case. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and genuinely concerned that this had happened. He contacted the manufacturer Habistat to get the missing parts sent to me. The runners and 1 glass door arrived a week later however 1 glass door was still missing. I called Internet Reptile again and understandably I was annoyed with this error, but the guy on the phone was also annoyed and apologetic that this issue wasn't fixed because he genuinely cared about my reptile's wellbeing. He contacted the manufacturer again to try to resolve the issue finally. I am still awaiting the delivery. Throughout this stressful situation I've had no bad thing to say about Internet Reptile, the issue has come from the manufacturers errors.

Very poor. Received order, broken hide and chipped water bowl due to poor packaging. Broken tub of worms and worms all over the box. Emailed customer service over a week ago and still not been dealt with. Very disappointed

First delivery arrived Friday and missing frozen goods. Messaged but no reply all weekend. Reply on Monday contacted was told already delivered, then told it was on its way. Frozen goods arrived 3 days after shipping. All defrosted, stinking and rotting. I contacted and asked to escalate. I was told they would try to get a replacement. Then Ben (manager?) said I would get a replacement. No tracking info, no updates for when. I contacted again asking when I would receive and got back a tracking number, no conversation, nothing, not even the link or the courier company info. Parcel was dumped outside my porch, not where I had requested in storage box on drive or even in my porch, just left out in the open on my drive. Really poor service. No offer of recompense due to me now having to dispose of rotting snake food or that I had to go elsewhere as my snakes were due to be fed. It will take a very desperate situation for me to use this company again. Very dissatisfied
