“Despite our parcel not arriving on the Express next day delivery option we had chosen & paid for, it did arrive a day late. On communicating with the company a very helpful Becky Blythe was able to offer a prompt response about the delivery & also notified us we were entitled to a refund as they had failed to provide a guaranteed service. What a wonder customer service!”

“Very good parcel service. I had a problem that wasn't really Interparcel's fault and Sabina was able to help me she was very polite and efficient. So good to be able to telephone and speak to someone. Previous company we used had no telephone communication with zero customer service. Will continue to use Interparcel for all our requirements.”

“Ive recently had 2 issues with UPS not collecting parcels on the arranged dates. The most recent problem last week, m parcel (tracking number 951216597179) was not collected on the due date. Having paid for a next day delivery I obviously failed to get the service for which I paid for. I had an online chat with Sam who re-booked the collection and confirmed I would get a refund, I never received that !! Now the parcel has not been delivered to my customer at all. UPS never left a contact/calling card either so my client didnt even know they had been !! I have just finished chatting to James who has informed me that there will be no attempt to redeliver and that my client has to go to a collection access point for their parcel. Poor service from UPS regards Paul Morfey Impress Promotions Ltd 01622 751449”
