The parcel was not collected on the day it should have been collected.

I would like to be able to send parcels from Northern Ireland to more countries than UK Mainland. If I select send from Northern Ireland and then select any other country to send to the send from jumps back to UK Mainland

Used for a pre 10.30 delivery and apparently signed for at 10.29 but on chasing apparently the van GPS shows as nowhere near destination. Therefore driver obviously fake signed and now we have engineers on site but no kit despite checking delivery status . Minimal feedback and apparently cannot call the driver. Hopeless.

Very disappointing. Booked with extra insurance and next day delivery to Amazon fulfillment centre. Interparcel failed to deliver as apparently it's a bit too much trouble for them at that address so after a few days and me initiating an enquiry as to why the tracking showed no delivery, all they can do is return my parcel and refuse a refund. A further 2 days and I still haven't received it back.

I paid approx 3 euros for 3 day delivery from Amazon and the package arrived almost a week later.

Good Evening Steve, The order quoted in this review was collected Friday 28/07 and delivered next working day on Monday 31/07. I have checked your order history back 3 months and cannot locate any other orders. If this review is not about Interparcel please can you remove it, If it is an order with us please can you email the order number to reviewus@interparcel.com so that it can be looked into for you.

Very good on UK deliveries but the overseas packages sent through Interparcel / Landmark Global are horrendous. Quoted 9-11 days, India so far 20 days and still not arrived. China has arrived today after 20 days. The system is not updated regularly enough and to top things off customer services are very polite but just keep saying the goods are in customs and cannot give me any answers until Landmark Global reply. Really not impressed at all !!

Tried to get an address corrected on an already purchased but not used label. Have emailed customer "support" three times for a refund or credit but no reply received. Used Parcel 2 Go instead without any issues and they will be used from now on.

Appalling! I used Interparcel fairly regularly going back a couple of years but then the service became terrible so I stopped using them. Thinking everyone needs a second chance, I again booked a collection but what a big mistake! They just would not collect the parcel although I kept being promised that the parcel would be collected on three different occasions. I got myself a refund, I didn't think to even complain to the lady on the phone and neither was she interested enough to ask the reason for the cancellation. Lesson Learnt!

Hi Israr, please accept my apologies that you have had reason to contact us in such a way. I am very sorry for the failed collections, We regularly feedback to all couriers details of any failures, or indeed any other issues affect their service, so that this can be looked into and addressed internally. Please allow me to assure you that of the thousands of parcels that are booked through our services daily, very few of the will encounter any form of delay, but sadly this cannot be said for every single parcel.

Need to work out better deals with the courier companies. Can't believe you can't reship to another European country without the package coming back to the UK first after a non-delivery that is not the customers fault. Poor and disappointing.

Hi Paul, I am very sorry but most couriers will not be able to amend the country of destination once the parcel is in transit.

Firstly I paid for a text message to come through when the parcel was delivered, that never came, when I went to check on the website it wasn't easy to find my parcel listing and when I eventually did, it gave conflicting information saying that the parcel had been attempted to be delivered, then it said delivered and after that it said it had been attempted to have a second delivery and would be going out again the next day. As you can imagine this was very confusing.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service that you received. Unfortunately as the order that this review is in relation to was booked over 3 months ago, we are unable to raise this further with the driver in question and I cannot see that we were contacted at the time. I have however issued a refund of the SMS surcharge as this was not received :)

you took almost 28 days to deliver a parcel telling me every time i rang it would be del the next day you finally told me the parcel had been lost no contact as to getting my money back very disappointed as i use you quite a lot

Chaos with recent orders. One overnight order wasnt picked up for days! Interparcel kept changing their story on why and when it would be picked up. Another order was listed as lost then after I filed claims, it was found and claimed to be delivered - which is yet to be confirmed. Customer service people are clueless and not helpful! Website is clunky and inefficient.

I am sorry you have had issues with orders. I have checked all your orders for the last 3 months and can only find order 13840204 where you have contacted us. My colleague has emailed you the POD for this on 05/01. With regards to the website this is currently being re designed and should hopefully be launched very soon.

I booked a UPS collection and saw the van outside but the driver didn't even bother to get off and search for an address. He just drove off after couple of minutes. I waited until end of day but they never turned up again. When called Interparcel the lady was not interested in my complain and rudely finished the conversation. Terrible customer service. Interparcel never again.

I am sorry that order 13514689 was damaged. I can see that the claims team emailed you on 21/09 asking for the parcel details so that a clam can be started but they have not received the information. They generally just need pictures or the damaged item/packaging and a proof of value. This is standard for all damage claims. I am very sorry of you felt that this was requesting to much information but this is needed for the claim to be processed.

Louana Pyzer is an excellent online advisor that she helped me track my parcel within a short time (within the 10 minutes) while the other advisor spend few days to locate it.

Not impressed. Stayed in all day expecting a pickup between 11.30 and 5.30 pm. No one came and later received email to apologise but assured items would be picked up next day. By 2.30 next day, again having waited in, phoned company to be told someone would definitely be coming by 5.30pm. When I then tried to track there was no info other than a two days earlier post saying it was booked. No up to date info so tracking was a waste of time. Driver eventually called at 5pm and three times we were asked if we really wanted him to pick up that day. He obviously didn't want to come as it was out of his way and he wanted to get home. He did come but was very unhappy to be doing so. Two wasted days waiting for the pick up. Would not use this company again.

Hi Alice, thanks so much for your feedback, so sorry to hear you have not been happy with the service received. I can see the collection wouldn't book for the original date selected due to the collection area being remote and it had to be booked 24 hours in advance. Glad to hear the goods were successfully collected however not so good to hear about the drivers attitude, I can assure you this has been raised with the courier directly so they can take this up with the driver involved. I sold my mobile phone for £89 over ebay, and have always used interparcel to find the "best" deal. This time the courier was "Hermes" (wish I had looked up their reviews before). Days later the buyer contacted me and I checked the tracking number. 12.30 after the courier had picked it up it stood at "Hub Trailer Via Sorter" and hadn't moved for days. So I contacted interparcel and this nightmare began. First I need to wait the 7 days for it to be confirmed "lost" (not stolen, couriers don't do stolen), then I need to make a claim by sending in the receipts of the phone and the order receipt from interparcel, then my claim would be reviewed and it may take up to 28 days top refund. What??? What did I do wrong? Why would I have to go through all this? So I waited until the 26th, then replied to the email only to receive a reply I would have to wait 7 days? I then replied I already had. I contacted interparcel to demand receipts from the courier how they come to the conclusion that it was lost and not stolen. Today (Monday) they replied this would not be possible blablabla. I made it clear I believe it has been stolen and as it is still my phone I want receipts. In a separate email I attached all the documents required for the claim, but also claimed compensation for all the hassle this has caused me. I've not heard back yet. I just sent a parcel and paid extra insurance, that's all!
