Alls good until you need to make a claim .. more like customer argument service .. than actually doing anything positive

AVOID AVOID AVOID Did not get the service that I paid for, customer service offered no help at all and would not compensate me fairly or resolve my problems. My advice would be go to the carrier directly as at least they can help you if something goes wrong.

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service that you have received, unfortunately the service selected is one of the standard drop off services where no money back guarantee applies. The driver will try his best to collect the item the same day that the parcel is dropped off, however this will depend on the time that the parcel is dropped off to the access point by the customer. If the driver has already been, the item will be collected on the next working day. The parcel has been collected today and further scans will follow shortly.

It saved me from going and queuing at the post office. It is a very convenient service and a little cheaper than royal mail. It also gave me the option of collecting a parcel and then getting it delivered to my doorstep. It's an invaluable service with lots of options. Myhermes, however needs improving but I know that is nothing to do with you. Thanks.

you took almost 28 days to deliver a parcel telling me every time i rang it would be del the next day you finally told me the parcel had been lost no contact as to getting my money back very disappointed as i use you quite a lot

INTERPARCEL CHEATED ME YOU PAY FOR A BASIC SERVICE AND IN REALITY YOU ARE TOTALLY IN THE HANDS OF THE COURIER AS THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY LIKE WITH YOU PARCEL WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THEY ACT AS IF IT IS THE CASE. WORSE STIL AFTER YOU ARE LEFT OUT OF POCKET , INTER PARCEL DENY ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND BLAME YOU FOR BOOKING THAT SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMPANY..AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have used Interparcel for many years because it is a great services for all types of parcel offering a wide choice of services. It is just so easy to use and choose the most cost efficient service. I particularly like the drop shops that carriers now use to save staying at home waiting for a delivery or collection.
