our parcel has never been collected even after contacting and getting it book on again twice, we ended up dropping it off to a collection point after paying extra to get it collected. the parcel has still not arrived at destination. just about to phone again to try and track it, so frustrating!

Utter frustration. A service that acts as a middle man, but has no reliability what so ever. Twice we have used this service, parcels lost........no refund, no confidence or back up.

Truly disappointing service provided as a company and more so by their representatives. I am waiting for my parcel to be returned but I won’t be told where it is and when it will be returned. No willingness at all to be even slightly helpful or accommodating. Extremely frustrating and disappointing, I would definitely not recommend.

Terrible! My goods were damaged and then stolen. After chasing them up for 4 weeks I am due to receive £25 compensation for the £300 of goods stolen by them. Shameful

No one contacted me about my parcel been stuck in the customs for days and got it back to my flat and never received a refund. And all of this happened twice. Worse experience ever

I ordered a bumper and it still hasn't come, supposed to be 2 days, was sent on 19th July. This needs to be reviewed as I can't drive car and Its the holidays, my children need to take them places.

It’s hit and miss, when it goes well excellent. When it does not don’t count on any help they are useless. Oh and they make up charges like something out of Harry Potter. They are a necessary evil in the world we now live in but take your chances. Oh yeah the insurance is a joke never pay out must have a great mark up on that.

I paid for a 4 day delivery service to Germany, 22 days later it’s still in a depot in Germany awaiting clearance!!! Why would you sell a service you can’t provide? I wasted time, money and the gift package is not suitable for eating anymore

Appalling service. I paid extra for collection and next-day delivery. After 5 days of phone calls (hours on the phone) chasing them up, they were still unable to get an answer from Tuffnells, so we used someone else. Funnily enough, they came to collect later that day and when we told the driver, he said: "Not surprised. It happens a lot". Amazing!

Worst booking service ever. Lost 2 package worth over $20k of medical equipment - it is a big box (StarTrack) Second big box is on UPS also worth $20,000 of medical equipment UPS. It's like you misplaced your refrigerator in your house.

Scam company charged me for same day collection and delivery and did not show up for 3 days ! Now claim I will be charged £10.40+vat for cancellation the service! Bunch of idiots !!!

I paid for the parcel, I picked it up and sent it ,later it was lost for half a year, then they sent parcel it back and sent another inv. for £ 99 to pay, I do not recommend and do not send them with them because you will lose a lot of nerves and money

Send goods packaged in a solid plastic crate, then charged extra because it wasn't wrapped in cardboard. If this was the case then why wasn't made very clear as I could find anywhere that was the rule. Won't use again

The Del Boy and Rodney of Parcel delivery. There is no way on earth that this company should score a 4.5. I am in the retail business and Interparcel are often the butt of jokes at conferences and seminars that I attend. “Your about as reliable as Interparcel!” Both myself and at least 20 Of my fellow retailers refuse to use Interparcel. They are clearly encouraging the successful deliveries to leave positive reviews.

My parcel was expected to arrive in 3 working days, however it sat in the Spanish depot for weeks with no communication. After my enquiry, I was informed there was insufficient paperwork. I was asked to produce an invoice which I didn't have as it was a present with no cost involved. Finally, after almost 6 weeks the parcel was returned to me, the sender. So I had the expense of sending a parcel to myself. Improved information when packaging re paperwork would be very helpful.

Sent my mother in law's laptop back after fixing it. Screen smashed despite extreme packaging, so it must have taken a huge hit. Interparcel fobbed me off by claiming it was my fault for sending it as it's on the "restricted list" - which it turns out includes almost anything. Disgusting treatment. If I'd have taken the extra insurance this still wouldn't have been valid, but they'd have taken it for sure. I'm completely dissatisfied with this service, and the way I was fobbed off, and certainly will not use it again, or recommend it to anyone.
