Mostly good service but lately been let down when booking urgent orders in plenty of time but told ups cannot collect the next day which then delays my orders to my customers. Not very reliable lately. However have had courteous emails from customer services trying to help in particular Rachel. Thank you Suzanne Perry

Interparcel are great, but only if nothing goes wrong if something goes wrong and the parcel is returned they charge you even if there has not been two delivery attempts. If the parcel gets there with no problems then all is good and the price is good too. You have to track your own parcels which is annoying.

So far so good. Sabrina was very helpful to resolve the issue with your website's booking system going wrong and not allowing me to book the consignments for collection today, even though it said I could. Hopefully TNT will do their part and deliver the items without issue to our customers tomorrow.

Have used interparcel many many times. Overall the service is very good. Sabrina has been particularly helpful with queries I have had. One main suggestion for improvement - the ability to place several orders by "adding to cart". Then make one single payment for the orders with one single invoice. We often place several orders in one day and it seems inefficient to have to make individual payments for each order. A competitor of yours uses an add to cart system and it is so much quicker and easier. Thanks

Had to contact Louise Evison to advise that I wouldn't be home to accept delivery and could I leave a note to driver to leave in front porch. She replied very quickly and I am happy with the good service she gave me. I would recommend her as a good employee with excellent customer service skills

E-mailed a few times as I wasn't sure I would be home and asked if I could leave message to put parcel in porch Got back a shift reply saying this had been done. Well done, good customer service :)

Generally happy with the service. Would never use the TNT drop off service ever again after they refused to accept the parcel because they had no room? The Hermes service has also been poor with NO Saturday collections on at least 3 occasions. The customer service from Interparcel in resolving all theses issues has been excellent in the last 6 months, Had a few issues in the past. KG John

I needed to check the status on a parcel going to Europe as the tracking system had not updated in a few days. I spoke with Nicole Rowland who was very helpful and asked for several details about the particular package in question. She said she would check on the delivery and get back to me ASAP. The following morning I had a an email from Nicole explaining that the parcel had been held up at a port in Poland but that it had since cleared and was out for delivery that day. Very satisfied with customer service received.
