Great customer service from Kate today, adding pickup info for the courier. Not had pickup or delivery yet so this review is just customer service :)

Read the small detail of the T's&C's. I had a parcel booked through interparcel but collected by parcelforce 48, but it arrived 24hrs late because it went to the wrong depot. Parcelforce offer a 25% refund but when booked with Interparcel there is NO REFUND!

Hi Al, Thanks for the review. We do not offer ParcelForce as a money back guaranteed service as they do not credit us within our contract with them. You may be able to get the 25% refund with them when booking directly but you will also find that you can book them at a cheaper rate with us than if you went direct with them. I contacted customer services to make a claim. Lisa Irish replied promptly and she apologised which she didn't need to do & passed my email onto the right department.

I was concerned about my parcel and telephoned Annelese. She put my mind at rest immediately, said she'd look into the problem and e-mail me with a solution. She was efficient, and I heard from her almost immediately. My daughter now has her parcel and I'm delighted. Thank you.

Absolutely a waste of time stick to Royal Mail arranged to pick a parcel up twice didn't even try to pick parcel up.

I had a query this morning due to the tracking system not working and waiting for a confirmation from you after I rang yesterday and to see whether there was an answer. Charlie (girl) answered and was quite abrupt and I am a very positive polite person and was taken aback by her attitude towards me. It only needed a kind word to reassure me that it was being dealt with and that she would come back to me asap! She did email me to confirm delivery of parcel which was good.... But I had started looking at other delivery companies due to her sharp uncaring attitude. I emailed back with a thank you and got a very polite, friendly and professional email from Megan. This made me feel I was an important customer to you and she wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Please Megan have a word with Charlie and let her know that she is `Interparcel `and what she says and how she says it reflects on everyone working there. Your Company has been great for me as a new company and I will always say thank you when its right but I also believe its important to let you know when its wrong. Good service and prices when everything is going well, any issues and due to the fact that they are not the specific courier then there can be quite a few problems. About 199 out of every 200 deliveries are fine but the one that goes wrong can take a few weeks to sort

James Giffen has been extremely helpful in looking into a parcel that was not delivered to our client and subsequently crediting back the shipping charge. James response was very speedy and this is incredibly rare with most courier companies who do not want to know when something goes wrong and are then impossible to get hold of , I really appreciate that your company is different and easily contactable by both phone and e-mail.
