I have used Interparcel many times and am happy with the service in terms if reliability, Collections and deliveries have always been on time and I have received the service paid for. However. I recently booked a delivery with Parcelforce and the parcel was called for after 17:00 from my workplace at which time no-one was in the building. No calling card was left and no attempt to collect the following day. I then lost the sale of the item as the buyer was going on holiday and would not have been there to receive it. Your customer service colleague assured me it would be collected the following day but this didn't happen, You were efficient in giving me an immediate refund but I had lost the sale by this time. Unfortunately this has left me with little faith in courier services and their agents.

They picked up my parcel on time and was delivered to the right place. But they need to upgrade the tracking system as it was showing wrong information to me when my parcel delivered correctly.

I have mixed feelings with Interparcel. 99% of the time they are great and easy to use with no hassle. I get emails from Abbie Ancell confirming delivery of items which is helpful. However, the other 1% is when I have been charged extortionate extras when I was a cm out on measurements and their insurance costs are very high. All in all I will continue to use them and would advise others to as long as they are extremely careful of the measurements and weights they apply.

I am a small business customer sending around 5/10 parcels a month to various worldwide destinations. The prices and simplicity of finding the best option for a particular destination and speed of delivery are better with Interparcel than the direct contract we had with an individual courier as our volumes are low. The collection & delivery service booking UPS, Fedex and TNT via Interparcel has been great. The only problem that I have had is that I received an email asking for additional payment for an oversize parcel for one shipment. I queried this and sent evidence that the parcel size was correctly booked and have not heard anything since so hopefully this is resolved. I am now taking photographs of all parcels to show weight and dimensions in case this problem happens again. So overall impressed with the service, and also like the website for ease of booking and tracking.

I can drop-off my parcel in an evening at a local point. Do not have to rush to catch the afternoon post.

The pricing is good and the system is (mostly) user friendly. The only negatives are that the tracking number of your order only appears on the shipping label, so you can't look it up anywhere, and isn't on your receipt, and the recent problems with payment - on several occasions, the website has taken payment (both PayPal and Debit Card), then failed to update that payment has been received, so you have paid, but can't access your labels, and the only solution is to try it again and then ask for a refund of the additional payments. This once happened 3 times in a row with 2 different payment methods.

Generally excellent pricing and service, however, let down, by couriers excessively charging for deliveries to remote areas, e.g. Scottish Highlands!

The collection and delivery are always excellent, particularly your Winchester man. However, on this occasion the cost was much higher than forecast because the delivery is to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland which wasn't made clear when I got a quote.
