I've ha some good experience with them but some bad e.g. offering services which aren't correct especially around express shipping. I'm still waiting for a parcel to reach its destination 10 days later even though it was express 2 next day on their site.

My package got declined at the border at Gatwick and I called up your sub contractor DPD and they said it is due to an admin fault from Interparcel as they are missing come code's for items but we need to speak to you for a refund. After making contact the story changed to what was in the box not what was told to us by the source itself and we still had to pay for domestic fees for the package. Not sure how can the reasons for declining be so different. I did ask your colleague what about the packages being opened but she did not do anything about it. Not sure why I took out your extra insurance if I'm not allowed to claim for lost items.

Was the first time using them and was not great. Bad customer service on the phone.... We are a local company and thought this could work well. We use another company and will continue to work with them

So on 2 March 2021 I sent a parcel to my son who was working on a yacht in Genova. Due to the fiasco that the UK and EU governments have allowed to be created - absolutely no need for it really - by 19 April the parcel was still waiting to clear Customs in Milan but the boat was due to set sail for Mallorca that week. There would be nobody at the Genova address to collect the parcel. Last Friday, 4 June, Interparcel delivered the parcel intact back to my home address. I thought the contents would have been gone forever but Interparcel came through and, despite all current difficulties in getting anything shipped between the EU and the UK they managed to return my parcel to me. ABSOLUTE BLOODY HEROES. Well done you guys at Interparcel for going that extra mile. I would definitely use them again with implicit trust that they will deliver if it's at all possible.

Always get book prices from Interparcel...Sometimes frustrating that the down load labels are slow to come through...overall a good service

Absolutely rubbish service, charged another £5 for nothing, the parcel still not delivered. I can't recommend this service!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Dreadful service my parcel is still not delivered after 7 weeks. Company claims they are not responsible for chasing up orders or making sure deliveries are inline with service purchased. Worst customer service ever.

I recently sent a parcel and it was returned due to EU bureaucracy regulations, and throughout the experience of being given information from interparcel customer service was either misleading or incorrect and when interparcel knowingly make mistake or customer service don’t do their job correctly, they won’t accept liability even though customer services and other departments make mistakes, I was given incorrect information, I was sent email asking for information that wasn’t even relevant to my parcel, I was receiving phone calls from UPS asking for authorisation letter, which interparcel should of submitted and I had to phone interparcel to ask why they hadn’t carried out the request I asked 5 days previously to submit letter to UPS, I was told, new staff member made mistake, and all you get is apology after apology, and their mistakes cost me money and they accept no liability if they make mistake. so if ever use interparcel and things go wrong, they go wrong spectacular and 99% when it goes wrong, it’s because of the incompetent staff at interparcel

GB0200839504 This is a live reference number, I am awaiting delivery, however when I enter this on interparcel tracking app all I get No information from Tuffnel Which seems they off load to 3rd party courier. Where is my purchase????????

I arranged for a parcel to be delivered to Spain (Birthday present). Having followed instruction with an online chat to ensure i filled out the paperwork correctly, my nephew still had to pay 30 euro in taxes to receive. I did the online chat to ensure that I completed the paperwork correctly as it was a present. Therefore I was not impressed and had to send my nephew money to cover this charge.

Appalling service! My parcel has been stuck in Spain. They have taken no responsibility to resolve the situation claiming they are a third party and can not resolve the issue. Parcel force, the carrier I chose through interparcel say my contract is with interparcel! I have been informed I have to resolve the situation with a clearing agent in Spain myself which i have tried to do all replies are in Spainish! I have wasted hours and hours. Now I just want my parcel to be returned to the UK and interparcel aren't interested! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED ALL I WANT ARE MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS BACK!!!!!

I sent a parcel to Spain via interparcel. The goods a faulty return. They used a third party supplier to transport the goods. The item eventually reached Spain and I mean eventually. They never reached there destination, they were returned to me months later with out explanation. Only on return did I get the reason why they were sent back. Plus a hefty bill for the return. The service was pitiful

Interparcel is an unprofessional company that took my money and didn’t do the service. I paid £70 for a 8kg parcel to delivery to Spain. After more than a week waiting for any notice about it, I receive the parcel back at home. The explanation was: ‘it was unclear at customs’. It contained only naan bread, tea and sweets. I lost my money! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!0

Can’t fault the system in uk but as soon as it hit South African shores it was all money again before they would release the parcel. For an estimated 5 day delivery took nearly 3 weeks to deliver the parcel to the recipient.
