I have always found the staff at Interparcel to be very helpful if there have been delivery problems. None of the problems have been caused by Interparcel themselves but unfortunately the companies with whom they work. The communication in respect of notification of delivery is always valued such as that by Kirsty Cooney early this week.

Very pleased that Lisa came back to us. I have to say I don't find the live chat so helpful sometimes, they tend to cut off the chat too soon or sometimes don't even come back to you

i had a lot of trouble with a lost parcel, but thats to the help or Mr James Giffen, who sorted it out really helped. he has provided me excellent customer service and always quickly got back to me.

Dealt with Rachael Smith - recipient didn't realise the item would be delivered instead of held at a location for him (yeah, i know....!), and Rachael advised me of the options. Hopefully a re-direct is in place to deliver it where the recipient can actually collect it!

Tracking (UK to Japan) was excellent and package arrived on schedule. Slight hiccup at final stage of delivery which was expertly handled by James England Customer Services Advisor

Generally, the prices are very good and deliveries are made on time. However, there is no automated notification system if there is a problem with making the delivery. Delivery failures occur quite rarely but where they have, and it's been the courier's fault, it's sometimes been a bit difficult to get the matter resolved satisfactorily. On other occasions, the support from the customer service staff has been excellent. One recent instance involved Annelese who's performance was exemplary.

Not Had my package collected yet but as regards with arranging collection and one or two problems with myself in as much printing the labels (which hopefully I am getting them done ) my contact with Josie Smith was very helpful,just hope my collection on Thursday goes with no mishap!!

We find Interparcel presents us with a number of courier service options & a range of competitive prices. This suits us very well, thankyou. Our recent problem with your on-line booking stating that the system was "Not Rady" to print out Waybills was of concern. This was sorted very quickly by Tasha in time for us to catch the mid-morning Fedx collection. Excellent service, thankyou.

I had a query this morning due to the tracking system not working and waiting for a confirmation from you after I rang yesterday and to see whether there was an answer. Charlie (girl) answered and was quite abrupt and I am a very positive polite person and was taken aback by her attitude towards me. It only needed a kind word to reassure me that it was being dealt with and that she would come back to me asap! She did email me to confirm delivery of parcel which was good.... But I had started looking at other delivery companies due to her sharp uncaring attitude. I emailed back with a thank you and got a very polite, friendly and professional email from Megan. This made me feel I was an important customer to you and she wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Please Megan have a word with Charlie and let her know that she is `Interparcel `and what she says and how she says it reflects on everyone working there. Your Company has been great for me as a new company and I will always say thank you when its right but I also believe its important to let you know when its wrong. Great value. Slight issue with delivery address but was resolved by either Interparcel or UPS. Parcel was already successfully delivered by the time customer services got back to me when I raised the issue, but all's well that ends well!

Thank you to Mary for helping re-book the parcels today. Use Interparcel most days and they're generally good and fairly priced, especially for UPS services which we rely on each week. No reflection on Interparcel as I'm aware you're just a broker, but Hermes are about as useful as a chocolate teapot!
