Appalling company. they offer the worst customer service and their tracking link is beyond useless. They take absolutely no responsibility if your parcel does not get delivered due to you foolishly following their tracking stating the parcel is still in transit when in actual fact it is waiting for the customer to pay the import duty. Avoid!

Awful service. Kayak and paddle both broken. Customer service not interested. They trick you into insuring goods but then they will never honour it. STAY AWAY. This may sound cheap but for a good reason. You don't even get what you paid for. Your parcel will be thrown around and kicked by loads of people before getting to you . With me, excuse was you should have placed Kayak in a double walled box 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Pay a bit more and use a decent company.

Three times my parcel was not collected on the arranged date at my home. I rang interparcel each time , but their promises never were kept. Eventually I deposited the parcel myself to the nearest pickup point. The parcel took more than two weeks to be delivered.

Unfortunately the last 5 parcels we have booked have either not been collected or not been delivered. These are to customers so vital to our business and very dissappointing. Very hard to find out any information from Interparcel and no notification that there is an issue from them. Frustrating and expensive.

I would never use interparcel again. Lack of communication between them and the courier. They ended up coming to the wrong address which then resulted in my delivery being delayed. My customer wasn't happy as they took a day off.

Parcel was damaged and they couldn't locate it for weeks. I asked for it to be returned if located. They ignored the request. Refused any refund or compensation and their customer service dept is the worst and most unhelpful I have ever come across.

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced from a courier, you know when you book a courier for a specific day, you stay at home all day, and they just don't turn up. And then they tell you that it wasn't guaranteed for that day... And they treat you like you're the psycho for objecting. I would recommend not to use them at all. There must be a better option, literally any other option is better.

We never got past the starting line !!! They happily took our almost $500 but here we are, this is the THIRD DAY and the package has not been picked up ! This after numerous phone calls where the office voicemail states that the offices are closed and to call back after 9am ..... I gave up at 11am when still had to listen to the same message !! Sent a e-mail to the Australian "Contact Us" address, they did respond but still ...... NO PICK-UP !!!

Parcel got lost and after 4 weeks interparcel confirmed in writing that it was noe officially lost .as a result the buyer of the product was refunded and then the parcel eventually turned up and was delivered.I called to get my refund and was told as it was now delivered no refund will be issued. I lost the value of the item plus postage and shipping fees. Terrible customer services through and now would not recommend or use this company again. AVOID

Parcel arrived late and in a poor condition. It had been opened even though it was clearly marked “wedding gift”. I reported it to Interparcel who said they would send out a claim form. I never heard from the company again.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN USELESS AND WEBSITE HAS MULTIPLE GREMLINS LIKE NOT SENDING EMAILS TO RESET PASSWORD. THIS SMALL PROBLEM WAS TO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO COPE WITH

I work for a small IT company whereby we have used Interparcel for many parcels over the years and have only had trouble recently. Going off past experience we have had no reason to doubt the services as being anything but exceptional. However, via Hermes/Evri through the Interparcel website, we have had 4 items go missing or 'lost' They are expensive hardware and through the whole experience, we haven't received anything in terms of compensation or even cover which we paid for on 2 occasions to ensure we got something back. Every time I have asked the progress of each case, I get a standard 'wait 72 hours' which has lapsed about 3 times! I find it no coincidence that the handler being Hermes/Evri each time something has gone missing. I have logged a complaint with Interparcel and logged it as a crime to the police as one of the packages was opened deliberately, taken the item out of a case and posted the empty case to us. VERY suspicious but Interparcel don't seem to care which makes us wonder, are they investigating properly for this potential multiple theft? AGAIN, I cannot know any of this progress due to security reasons. As I have mentioned, our experience over the years has always been positive, until this point. We realise companies are still catching up from Covid and appreciate the fact. However, a job shouldn't be allocated if it cannot be performed fully and to the letter. This review will be going up as a warning to Hermes/Evri bookings through Interparcel. All other couriers we have had little or no issues with. Interparcel have lost a customer of the past 5 years. So very sorry it has come to this review being left but the frustration of this matter is now through the roof, with no real compensation or apology, until I have asked! My work and a small business is now out of pocket of a decent amount of money. After we have struggled through the past couple years, we certainly didn't need this!

Interparcel was contracted to ship some equipment and a carnet via Hermes (now Evri). The shipment went missing and has never been found. The Carnet was the most important item and in both cases little commercial value to anyone else. Although we, the business, could contact Interparcel they were unable to get anywhere after several weeks of complaining and chasing. Evri / Hermes were also unable to contact by phone or online so we drove to the depot, which was also not easy to find. Lots of promises were given but still nothing. So it's understandable why Interparcel is unable to control their supplier. Interparcel is a reasonable shipping aggregator but never, ever, use Evri. Evri parcel goes missing.
