Slick ordering system and allows me to book later in the day for a collection. The other thing I like about Interparcel is that it gives me lots of choice with what service and company I can choose to use.

I have mixed feelings with Interparcel. 99% of the time they are great and easy to use with no hassle. I get emails from Abbie Ancell confirming delivery of items which is helpful. However, the other 1% is when I have been charged extortionate extras when I was a cm out on measurements and their insurance costs are very high. All in all I will continue to use them and would advise others to as long as they are extremely careful of the measurements and weights they apply.

I've been using Interparcel for years and have never had anything except brilliant service. No customer has ever complained about damage to their goods, delayed delivery. In fact delivery is now usually faster than advertised. Yesterday ( a Sunday) I foolishly mis-addressed a parcel and needed to rectify the mistake. Frustratingly, there was no online facility for this so I send an email, not expecting a reply that day. Within an hour Nicole Rowland had sorted it, sent me a replacement label accompanied by a nice note.

I paid $ 310.00 they said when I pay this money they would send my package then they wanted me to pay them $ 1200 I think that they are running a scam I advice one one trust them

Interparcel selected the most appropriate means of dealing with my parcel with a reasonable price and the flexibility either pick it up from my home or from a local centre (in my case the post office). Since it was a repair job, the return service where I e-mailed the address labels to the sender was equally efficient with delivery direct to my door. All very efficient and would use them again.

I like the Post Office drop-off facility, however, my Post Master doesn't! He says he doesn't earn anything from it.

I was happy to find an Interparcel agent at my local paper shop. It was very easy and straightforward to go online to pay and print off the label for my parcel at home. I took it to my local shop at 12 noon and less than 24 hours later it was delivered safely to its destination over 350 miles away. An excellent service!

Interparcel have emailed me and asked for my review of their services. Well, you know how they say "be careful what you wish for?" I booked a collection from my office to be delivered to Aberdeen. Went through the usual booking process etc. Anyway, on the scheduled collection date, at about 4.55pm I checked with Interparcel whether there were any problems with the booking. As it transpired, they hadn't actually made the booking. Something to do with "a computer error". Fine, no problem, these things happen. So I asked for the pickup to be rescheduled to the following day, and Interparcel confirmed it would "definitely" be collected the next day. It wasn't. Quite annoyed by this point, I got back in touch with Interparcel to find out what was going on. Firstly I was told it was my fault, because the courier in question (DX) didn't collect from my location. I am in the centre of a city in the South West. I know this is untrue because my company uses DX every day. When I pointed this out to them, Interparcel then said it was because DX didn't deliver to Aberdeen. I pointed out that Aberdeen wasn't excluded from any of the locations in their pre-sales literature, and was in fact quite a significant city in Scotland. I further pointed out that DX had a depot less than 2 miles from the shipping address. I asked Interparcel why, if DX didn't deliver to that area, Interparcel had allowed the booking in the first place. They didn't respond. I asked Interparcel, in light of THEIR mistakes, to arrange for the parcel to be collected by a courier that DID deliver to Aberdeen, so the recipient wouldn't be inconvenienced yet further. Instead, they unilaterally refunded my money and told me I would have to book another, more expensive, service. No explanation was provided and no apology was forthcoming. Shocking customer service.

Absolutely shocking service parcel never got delivered and driver falsely claimed to have attempted delivery 3 times! Will never use again!

Hi Robert. I have checked your order history for the past 3 months and cannot locate any bookings. The order that has been included in this review was delivered next working day with no problems.
