I send parcels to my daughter on a regular basis who lives and works in Paris.I always use Interparcel to book my parcels with UPS.Collect from my home and it is deivered in Paris in 3 days.Never had a problem with this service nor any damage to boxes.Would recommend this company.

Using Parcel Force via Interparcel. Very happy. Compared to Parcels2Go and Hermes, it's two different galaxies. From parcels disappearing but signed for fraudulently and no interest in investigating it to now often early next day delivery, we are ecstatic.

A parcel has been lost and in spite of my repeatedly contacting them I have not heard back at all. My Ebay customer has demanded and received a refund. To make matters even worse their price was 2-3 times higher than one of their competitors. Unfortunately I only found this out after sending another, similar, package. I will not use Interparcel again.

Customer service operative completely indifferent to concern about delayed collection. Tone of voice was though I was massively inconveniencing her simply by querying delay. No apology, just a dismissive "well, what do you want me to do about it?". Awful customer service, in keeping with what many others have said about Interparcel's telephone help service. They're simply not interested in pleasing or retaining customers.

After reading the reviews for tuffnells who I booked through this company. I was very worried to say the least. I opted for the extra cover for a £900 bicycle. I needn't have worried. First class service from both companies. Package picked up Friday from north Yorkshire and delivered Monday in London. Tracking was spot on with every action recorded. Arrived in one piece with no damage. My thanks to both companies

I have used interparcel twice. Both times my parcel was delivered completely damaged with items falling out from the parcel. I ha e paid extra to make sure the parcel will be delivered undamaged. Two times very disappointed. I'm not going to use this service ever again.

Absolutely useless. Would not recommend. Parcel was supposed to be collected last Friday and every single I've had lame excuse after lake excuse. Today I was told driver was 45 minutes away. 3 hours later absolutely nothing. They had absolutely no interest whatsoever ever to resolve or even explain what the hold up is. Ended up getting my money back and booking with another company

offer a wide selection from next day to 3/5 days with local drop off shops or collection (which I havent used) as drop off shop is on way hoe from work which is very handy

My goods were collected on the 5th of May 2020 by a Polish Driver who came not prepared with no paperwork. I wrote the address on a piece of paper and he stated that he would stick it when he arrives at the office. I had suggested to him to put the label on the boxes but he refused. My goofs are missing and no one is trying to help. I emailed the escalated/complaints and she is telling my goods are declared lost. This is not fair as they are not speaking to the driver who collected the goods. I had 2 brown boxes with builders depot sellotape and an ironing board. I will be going to report to the police as I had stuff going abroad

Absolutely disgusting level of customer service, paid extra for a AM delivery, the item got delivered a day late and basically they just say "to bad, no refund for the extra paid" they charge extra for a service but then don't deliver and basically just don't care, disgusting attitude to have towards its customers. I understand they are not responsible for delivering the parcels but its their attitude towards you when something goes wrong like its nothing to do with them, but it is as the contract is with Interparcel not the courier!

Emailed to say it was considered lost.. 24hrs after me phoning to ask for a update due to being late.. My bad as no insurance and very easy for them to not take responsibility for the delivery

They lost my parcel that was 2.4 mtrs long (plastiv trim for a shower so long and thin) weighing about 2 kilos. so never got a refund.
