Hi Linda, from looking into the order I can see that this was delayed because the invoice was missing from the item. I can see this has now been resolved.

The live chat feature at Interparcel is a big advantage and meant Beka dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently

We had an issue today where the wrong address had been inputed on the delivery, we called your office and spoke to a Louana Pyzer whom was extremely helpful.

Always great service. It can't be easy having to deal with both 3rd party companies AND customers, but Interparcel has always been great to me and the many MANY parcels I've sent. They have live chat Monday to Friday which is invaluable :) And Rachael who handled my issue today was very professional - as they all are. Overall, I'll keep using Interparcel (as long as their prices are competitive).

Have used Interparcel for several years now and find them very efficient and easy to use' Yesterday had to contact out of hours as my shipping label had not been received. I sent an email enquiry form and received a very quick resolution to my problem with a shipping label received by return. Many thanks to James Giffen who dealt with my enquiry in a quick , friendly and efficient manner - thank you James.

still waiting for my delivery from 22nd october, customer services appear to help but still not resolved,someone saying hes been to my address, does not mean he has. Maybe its the same person who reckons he delivered it before with a signature i might add,your company has tried to deliver the same parcel yesterday 23rd oct and 22nd i was here and you have both my mobile numbers. i offered to pick up from local office but customer services said they would call driver.tracking details are a joke,delivered,lost,in transit,redelivery,i think facebook would find it funny also.As your customer services say sort it out monday

I've requested a same day delivery but the collection was too late. I've contacted Interparcel via Live Chat and Nicole has been an excellent support to track the parcel. In the end, as it was too late for a collection, we had to cancel but Nicole also helped me to cancel without a charge.
