Interparcel are very good as intermediaries, though the communication between them and the couriers is sometimes a little slower than if you booked directly with the courier. This said, the prices are very reasonable and it's handy to be given a range of delivery options to chose from.

My parcel was a long time coming and the tracking number I had been given seemed to be incorrect. My telephone number, although supplied, was incorrect. After many attempts to find my parcel through UPS, who I was informed picked up the parcel, I filled in the contact form on the website for Interparcel. I was contacted near immediately by Annelese McBride who was helpful and polite. My parcel was soon located and all went smoothly after that. Annelese contacted me again to let me know that it was on the way. Thanks.

Very good prices and quick customer service reply if you have anything you need help with only big down side and would great if they had the option online to add multi orders in a basket and check out everything and pay it all as one order rather than doing every shipping label separate and pay is separate as that can take up loads of extra time.

Happy with the service provided, although there was a slight miss-communication and the package was held at a depot instead of being delivered to the arranged address. It was however quickly rectified thanks to the swift and professional actions of Josie Smith who was my customer services contact. Thanks Josie! Martin

UPS failed to delivery 'next day' as booked but my complaint was dealt with speedily and efficiently by Sam Kennard, Customer Service Team Leader. As a result of very good customer service I would use the service again and recommend them to friends

I booked next day delivery for a parcel which failed to arrive on the due date. However Sam Kennard Customer Service Team Leader promptly arranged a full refund. The way my complaint was dealt with is, I think, the mark of a good company, and I'd definitely recommend/use them again

I have used Interparcel on many occasions and the service has always been spot on. The help team were able to assist with a recent query regarding my shipment, with their rep. (James Giffen) providing a very quick and informative response, thank you.

Normally Interparcel are great, however, when there are problems, it is not easy to correct. On this occasion, collection failed three times (first one due to driver arriving after office closing times). A major issue is that we are not advised of a failure - quite basic really. It would be useful if your tracking system could say that instead of us having to call to find out what has happened. I had an online chat that resulted in nothing being collected and two discussion with other personnel, also resulting in failure of collection. Eventually, James Giffin, was able to arrange a collection for me during office hours. Thank you James.

Have used interparcel for years now & have never had any issues at all. Customer services are very quick to reply in repsonse to any issues. I had to re-arrange a collection & emailed customer services and within 20 mins, Helen Bannister (customer services team leader) had replied and re-arranged my parcel collection. Good customer service or reviews of good service are few & far between these days -but no complaints from me, I wouldnt use anyone else to send my parcels.
