Issue with shipping labels dealt with by Lisa Irish. Resolved in under one minute! Excellent! No long wait for service - my chat was picked up instantly and dealt with in less than two lines of typing.

Contacted customer services to amend a delivery address, Josie Smith was very helpful returning my email on Bank Holiday Monday and quickly sending me the appropriate shipping labels.

I have positive and negative feedback. Your colleague Kayleigh West was extremely helpful and efficient in responding to, and eventaully resolving the problems I had. I think she is an excellent member of your team. On a more negative note, I had two problems with a recent order (11946335). Firstly I booked a service with "no printer" required as I was in an area where I had no access to a printer. After a few minutes I received an email with the docs to print... I dealt with Kayleigh and colleagues who transferred the service to another provider (TNT), but they then called and said they needed an email address to send the docs to for printing... Frustrating... Eventually I managed to find a friend with a printer who drove approx 40km to drop them off for me. The pick up was 2 dayss late, but that was not the end of the world. I am sure these were local problems, but you can imagine that it was very irritating.

Inter parcel were very prompt in informing us of a misplaced parcel and their action to trace it. The representative James Giffen was very helpful and the matter was resolved quickly.

would like to say thanks to James Giffen...I wasn't aware that I had to send the shipping label to the company that we collecting the parcel from. With James help he responded very quickly to our e-mails and help us to resolve this matter. Thanks Jenet

I regularly ship via Interparcel using UPS or TNT. Occasionally there is an issue but I find customer service quick to respond, their live chat is very good and the agents take the initiative to help sort things out. I would like to thank Charlie Stocker and Sam for their help with my latest shipment which was safely delivered.

I liked that I found cheaper option than the courier company's offer of their official site. I didn't like that the parcel was delivered to a gas station near by instead the delivery adress which was more convinient, but maybe this isn't interparcel.com thing.

I have had a number of problems with different companies I have booked through Interparcel in the last month, lost, damaged and items delivered to completely the wrong address. I have in previous times found the staff disinterested in the problems and just wanting to get rid of me off the phone as a quickly as possible without really resolving the issues. I am a regular user of Interparcel sending out many items per week from my online shop. This past week Stacey McKay has been a breath of fresh air in helping quickly and efficiently to resolve a problem I've had with UPS, she has taken a personal interest and seen the problem right through to its conclusion. This has helped to restore my faith in Interparcel.

I use interparcel all the time, I have only ever had two difficulties with items not being collected, but customer services have always been really quick and helpful. I was in touch with Louise Evison the second time it happened (in three or four years, and technically it is an issue with the delivery company, not Interparcel) and she was very good, unfortunately a recollection couldn't be arranged in time for my specific needs, so I had to take it to the post office, but she arranged a full refund and issued a complaint to delivery company for me. Very relieved, thank you!
