Appalling experience using this company and their associate Evri (rebranded name of the notorious Hermes). The best thing I can say about this shower of s*** outfit is that they gave me a refund. Four appointments to pick up the same parcel - all no shows. No reason given. No response from customer complaints dept (escalated@interparcel.com). Just wasted my time, my customer's time and probably lost me future business. Be warned - this company masquerades as a courier provider but they are anything but. Just go direct to a reputable courier, cut out the middle man and save money and time.

Awful. Arranged pickup and been waiting 2 days to be told each day they have until 6pm..and no show. Don't guarantee ANYTHING so you could be waiting weeks. If you are a business that want to keep their customers happy, don't bother with this company.

Failed to turn up to collect four days in a row. Customer service took ages to respond and when they did were largely useless. After a week of failure and delay they just cancelled the collection and refunded me. Lost my purchase because of them. Useless.

I don't generally leave bad reviews but was so disappointed with the service I recceived last time I used interparcel. They accepted a 48 hr delivery to Italy, which cost £65 (an additional £18 because it was a remote location within Italy) The delivery wasn't made for 5 days and I was refused a refund or even any compensation. They seemed to know it wouldn't make it in time and it felt as though I had been taken for a ride!

I had an oversize charged to me which wasnt over size as I sent photos of the parcel before it was sent but you have not chased Parcelforce to show how they think it was oversize. Your loss as I will no longer use you. I feel a bit like you are trying to profiteer saying parcels are oversize / overweight and hope people just pay it. I am very particular on making sure parcels are right for the service I choose.

Currently having a major issue with no hope of a happy ending.sent client product to France using fed Ex priority. Correct address given. Fed Ex don't deliver & client very angry.speak to interparcel. I'm told address incorrect. I query with client who confirm address is correct & in fact fed ex just dropped off a parcel from another retailer an hour since and using same address info. Speak to interparcel... they tell me it must be the driver.. he may be new. After several calls, emails we get to the stage a week later fed ex have sent the parcel for pick up 3 hours from clients address. Another call &email we get it changed... system updates within 12 hours (this is important folks)and item now shown as passed to 45 mins away from clients address. I ask again for it to be delivered to client. I'm told by a lovely lady she has spoken to fed ex and it seems the number of the address was missed off the fed ex scan but is on my order form and label. We are both gobsmacked that no other interparcel employee checked this. She now confirms as its Friday parcel can't be delivered but will be on Monday 27th guaranteed! Monday... no delivery. I call to ask why. Interparceltell me system needs 48 hours to update so we will see update and delivery on Tuesday or Wednesdayas weekend doesn't count. I make a complaint .. again... I ask for a manager and I am told 'well they'll only say what I've said'. But a manager calls me and says she will personally handle the issue. She reiterates fed ex need 48 hours to update (funny that the system took 12 hours to change last time tho??) ... go forward 4 days.... still no change. I ask for a refund of postage as fed ex have never attempted delivery. The client is driving to their depot on Saturday 45 mins away to pick up the parcel. Interparcel send me an email which states I am sorry no refund is due on the shipment, this is not covered by the money back guarantee, an attempt was made and then this was taken to the store for collection, the issue has been logged with the courier to advise an attempt was not made, but no refund is due. So the email is wrong yet again. I ask for the manager to call me within the hour. I'm still sat waiting. Interparcel and fed ex have both been paid to provide a service which they have not provided. I now have to refund the client as this is only fair and good business practice but the cost of the courier was more than any profit on my product. After using interparcel for over 10 years I have had 3 issues and not once have they ever admitted fault, helped solve the issue for the client so that it ends with a happy client or refunded under their supposed guarantee. I have 2 parcels destined for the USA next week which will now be going with a different courier. It means nothing to the staff at interparcel that I won't be using them again. I'm a small fish in a big pond who interparcel have little regard for.

I was informed that the parcel would be collected on a Monday they came on the Thursday AND when I complained they had the cheek to tell me that they had tried to collect a couple of times but had no response...... not only utter rubbish BUT a lie. I had been sitting in my drive next to my wide-open door with the large parcel propped against it for four days. I can accept mistakes but lying is another thing. When a driver did eventually turn up I confronted him and was informed that he hears this sort of thing all the time, some drivers just say they tried but in fact don't. I hope you can understand my annoyance.

AVOID AVOID terrible company.lost my parcel which was huge bike box ! Fob you off with the same old standard E mail's then totally ignore you. Save your money and go with a proper professional courier service that can actually do the simple job if delivering a parcel.

Absolute waste of time I spent £254 to get a parcel to jamaica was told it would reach between 30th May-2nd June now being told its estimated to reach on the 7th by this time the package will be useless to all as its for a birthday party I'm disgusted in this service

Had the worst experience with Interparcel, my parcel was collected in UK to be shipped to South Africa on 19 April 2022. To date the parcel is still not delivered and after numerous requests to trace the parcel, we still get the generic response - we looking into this and will get back to you. Apparently the agent used in South Africa is not responding; how should this be my problem if I entered into an agreement with Interparcel UK? It appear that Interparcel is a sub standard company who doesn't take the client needs seriously. If my parcel is lost or stolen, own up to it and we can move on. I should have used an well known parcel company who respect their clients. Would not recommend using Interparcel, the experience was nothing but painful

Terrible service, booked you on the 29th April to collect on wed 4th May and you failed to show up, and failed again next day, finally collected on Friday 6th May and delivered on Monday 9th May - 5 days late for delivery. should have been delivered on 5th, paid extra for this(next day charge), and this bad service cost nearly £75. Zero contact from you to notify me of issues.

Totally rubbish. Would never use again. Package was not collected twice. No guarantees for collection or delivery. When I finally cancelled the job guy then turned up 3 days late. Useless service.

Sent parcel via express Airfreight on 21st April for delivery 22nd April. Got sent by Economy Road Freight and as at 4th May still not delivered. All Interparcel customer services can say is that the service is not guaranteed. Absolutely the worse service and after care possible. Avoid
