item completely wrapped in cardboard, less than 20hrs to deliver, but then sent invoice for extra £ as they state item not wrapped in cardboard yet they provide no evidence to support their claim when asked for, just pay up. I would advise people to avoid these cowboys and book elsewhere from now on.

Lost my parcel, costing me money even though i took out insurance. Did not reply to my email and so i have now had to refer the complaint to Trading standards.

Excellent courier broker company and have been using for a few years now, if there has ever been a problem, it has been sorted out quickly and easily. The one thing tht lets it down in my opinion is an integration with eBay, as it takes quite a while to input all information on multiple parcels, but other companies with integration is a lot quicker and easier to book

I sent 8 parcels of which only 2 arrived at the accurate address. 5 went to a completely different address, had not that person been honest they too would not have reached my son. 1 didn’t make it at all. Its apparently delivererd or stolen. Over 1 month back and forth they said the case was closed. I was not compensated for my loss and paid about $170 for safe delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. The only thing this company is good for is snapping up your money losing your parcels and then the case is closed. See you later.

We are still awaiting the parcel after trying to make contact with DPD (BRT). They cannot find the address, yet I saw one of their vans only a kilometre away on that same day they stated they could not find us. They only needed to check with Poste Italiane or the Commune to get directions, but they are plain lazy.. The latest is that I have to drive 30 miles (60 miles) round trip to pick it up. That I am not doing!!!!!! Awaiting their next move.....

Good Afternoon. This review relates to an order you sent to North Shields which had no issues. I cannot locate any orders that you have sent to Italy with Interparcel. Please can you remove this review if it is not intended for us.

The follow up is terrible. I entered the pickup on Wednesday evening on Thursday around 2.30 i called as it hadn't been picked up. Usual reply its booked in and will be collected before 5. Yeah right, I knew it wouldn't. Next morning I called to report failed pickup. The reply, I'm glad you called failed pickups are not automatically re-booked..... What kind of service is that?? Around 3.30 Friday it still had not been picked up so I called and asked to speak to the manager, what a joke ...procedures don't allow that anyway after a long hold I was assured the girl had spoken to the driver who assured it would be picked up that night. Guess what..no pickup. I was astounded on Saturday afternoon when a driver called unexpected and collected the parcel. Not good enough Interparcel.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone Interparcel is a terrible service. It has been 1 month since I booked for a pick up and my parcels haven’t been collected yet. Every time they say they came to collect the parcels and nobody was there in the premise to attend them. Most of the time people were there in the place. If we ask for a specific time which the person will come to pick up they say they can’t give us a time. The person will come to collect between 9am to 5pm. What do they expect us to do? Do they want us to take a day off from work and wait until the the parcel to be collected? They should give us a specific time so that I can make sure someone is home I will take a permission for an hour or 2 and stay home. They are not ready to do it. In other services like Australia post they notify us with a specific time before collecting the parcels. Furthermore The customer service representatives are very rude. I talked to them over the phone several times. But the way they handle the customers is unprofessional. I regret that I selected this horrible service. They should do the pickup ASAP or they should refund my money back

I have only used interparcel with UPS but the collection & delivery service has always been excellent with no issues, and online customer help was always efficient in helping resolve my queries. The only minus is that interparcel does not seem to provide an option to connect - or interface with - customer's eBay accounts (which other companies like parcel2go do offer, so I have sometimes used parcel2go instead as it's that much more convenient and I still get good service, also eBay tracking details are populated automatically. With most deliveries now being eBay based, I think Interparcel need to hire an IT guru URGENTLY to add this eBay-linking feature to the interparcel website, otherwise the competition is going to take their customers.

Have used them 100's of times, when things go well they offer a reasonable service BUT their customer service is shocking, they have no interest in lost parcels, failed collections etc etc. If a parcel collection is missed they don't even rebook it, thats the customers responsibility. Is suspect a lot of the reviews on trustpilot are paid for fake reviews, for a real opinions on this company just google 'interparcel review money saving expert' they average 1 star on that review site.
