I arranged for a courier collection and had to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. However the staff were very helpful and polite throughout the process and I received a full refund without too much hassle. My reimbursement was handled by customer service adviser Nicole Rowland who throughout was very professional and helpful, sympathetic and a pleasure to converse with. All in all I'm satisfied with the services I've received.

Although the delivery didn't meet the dead line (next day delivery) as it should of, I was very happy with the customer service I received. I dealt with a lady called Annelese McBride, who kept me promptly updated, was very professional and helpful. Because of the service, I would use inter parcel again and just hope that the next time delivery would be more accurate and no delays.

I use Interparcel pretty regularly , often several times a month, and until recently have been very happy with the services they provide. Mostly i use Interparcels own service (provided by UPS), which is a good quality / price balance for me, and has proven reliable till last week. I booked the Interparcel Premium Next Day service to collect a parcel from my home address on Thursday. By 19:00 no collection had been attempted so i contacted Interparcel via online chat. James answered my inquiry, and said the carrier had attempted collection but received no reply, and asked if i wanted collection re-booked for the next day. I stated that no collection attempt had been made, to which he asked for my e-mail address stating he would look into it and get back to me via e-mail. That was the end of our chat session. Friday morning i again contacted Interparcel to ask why i hadn't heard back about the non collection, and was told "it was being looked into with the carrier", i asked what was happening regarding my collection and was told it had been re-booked for collection later that day. No further comment on the missed collection, or the incorrect statement that "collection had been attempted" has been received. However, I had another parcel booked for collection the following Monday using the same service, which due to unforseen circumstances i needed to re-arrange for Tuesday. I e-mailed Interparcel customer services late Sunday night to request the change of collection day, and was greeted by a pleasant message from Nicole Rowland at just after 09:00 Monday morning confirming the change......great service. The level of fuss free service i received from Nicole is the reason i use Interparcel soo frequently, and it is a shame James hasn't managed to uphold those high standards. We all know that mistakes can and will happen, customer service is measured on how these mistakes are dealt with, more than whether a mistake has occured. Overall, i am happy to continue to use and recommend Interparcel's services.

Lisa Irish - found her very helpful and courteous. Never received a reason why UPS delivered to no. 27 instead of no. 5 though!! Caused me several fraught phone calls with my customer. billawservices@tiscali.co.uk

Have used this company for a few years now and have found it a good,cheap and easy way to send a parcel.If there are any problems,the seem to be resolved fairly easily.Recommended.

Had a problem whereby Interparcel had charged me twice, however I had a very quick response after I emailed their Customer Services people and (1 working day later) I've just had confirmation from Nicole that the matter will be resolved. I'd rather that the problem had not occured in the first place, however I'm very pleased with the pleasant and speedy response from Customer Services.

easy to use website, would like to see more couriers carry items up to 5kg but between 1.5m and 2m but only up to 15cm x 15 cm

As a guitar trader I use IP a lot of the time because its main services are carried out by UPS. Excellent with guitars, and only one (small) slip up so far. IP admin can be a pain if there is a problem, as they immediately go into denial mode, but usually things go smoothly so no need to phone them. I have learned if there is a problem to contact UPS direct, and they are excellent at resolving it (as opposed to making up excuses, or guessing). Pros: UPS runs the service Cons: IP will not insure over £1000 item value so I have to use rival company p4d to access FedEx and £2000 worth of cover for many instruments - this is IP's loss.

We find Interparcel a very good and reliable service. If a problem arises through non collection customer services have been very good. We had a non collection this week and Annelese McBride dealt with the situation very quickly. Excellent service.
