I used this service in expectation of at least getting a parcel collected and god willing delivered. Well sadly we failed at the first hurdle, despite the optimism of an email saying it would be collected between 9 - 5:30. Having waited for most of the day to no avail, I decided to call UPS the carrier collecting. They could see the consignment but had no instruction to collect, so via live I spoke with Kate from Interparcel, who told me UPS had attempted. Which having been at the collection point all day and no UPS van in sight, means somebody is being liberal with the truth. My deeper annoyance that you were instructed in good faith to carry out the terms of the contract, I also don't recall you stating that you might collect my parcel, the email said it would. I paid in good faith for a 24 hour service, which I didn't get and my customers parcel will now arrive late, not through any fault of my own. I paid in good faith and when I challenged what I had actually paid for which was a 24 hour service, not a 48, the mention of the refund word obviously sent a shudder down the spine. Not a problem because I can simply vote with our cheque book or with our volume go directly to a carrier, as this experience has been pretty negative and left a bad taste.

Hi Andy, Thanks for the feedback. Upon checking the order I can see we have raised the failed collection with UPS for you and we will let you know the reason behind the failure. UPS may not have been able to assist you as this is booked via ourselves, and we have a collection reference for UPS that we can give to them, if you didn't have this, they would not have been able to advise you on the matter. All orders placed with us need to be raised with us so we can raise with the courier on your behalf, the couriers will not discuss collections or deliveries with our customers directly. Generally, the prices are very good and deliveries are made on time. However, there is no automated notification system if there is a problem with making the delivery. Delivery failures occur quite rarely but where they have, and it's been the courier's fault, it's sometimes been a bit difficult to get the matter resolved satisfactorily. On other occasions, the support from the customer service staff has been excellent. One recent instance involved Annelese who's performance was exemplary.

Collections made on time and any problems are sorted out.Katy Hall has helped me on a few occasions with delivery problems,she is quick to respond and keeps me informed which is vital in order for me to let our customers know when they might expect delivery.

I have found Interparcel very responsive when I have needed to make changes to a delivery or collection. Rachael is a great example of your excellent customer service and the web site is easy to use.

Lisa Irish dealt with my query: very professional and courteous. Have had problems with DPD in the past but she was happy to raise concerns with them to ensure there were no issues with the current parcel. Highly recommend.

Well usually the Best test for customer care is whent things go wrong.... When something went Wong with my interparcel order , I was lucky enough to StumbleUpon this very helpful lady called Stacey Mckay. She was very kind, helpful and professional. She has resolvedt he issues very promptly. And kept me informed every step in the process. So for this reason I would always trust. Interpaarcel. There are a lot of companies out there that are very helpful until something goes out of shape . And after that they don't want to know about the problem , or about their customers. Interparcel is definitely not one of them! :)

Not Had my package collected yet but as regards with arranging collection and one or two problems with myself in as much printing the labels (which hopefully I am getting them done ) my contact with Josie Smith was very helpful,just hope my collection on Thursday goes with no mishap!!

I've found your service to be very efficient, cheap and convenient to use ever since I found out about you last year. When I did have a minor 'blip' with your service recently (couldn't download or print the shipping label) your staff member James Giffen sorted it for me very quickly. Annelese McBride went all out to to help re-schedule a final delivery attempt by UPS. Her quick, efficient and friendly actions have saved me a lot of trouble with a prospective "return to sender". This kind of helpful "can-do" attitude is what builds customer loyalty. Any business is only as good as it's staffs interactions with customers and on this occasion it was 5 star service all the way. We find Interparcel presents us with a number of courier service options & a range of competitive prices. This suits us very well, thankyou. Our recent problem with your on-line booking stating that the system was "Not Rady" to print out Waybills was of concern. This was sorted very quickly by Tasha in time for us to catch the mid-morning Fedx collection. Excellent service, thankyou.
