I found Customer Services Advisor Charlie Stocker to be friendly & helpful, and prompt in replying to my emails, which is useful in such a time-specific service like Interparcel.

Good value to money, very good service. I have used the chat to enquiry about my order and Lisa Irish was extremely kind and I've got a very quick response. Reccomended.

I have used them a lot, and the only hassle I ever had was when UPS claimed a parcel much bigger and heavier than it was. But Interparcel resolved it. I just needed to get a parcel rebooked today, and JamesG was very helpful. I sometimes use Parcels2Go, but they don't allow you to book the pickup time, whereas with Interparcel you can. My biggest issue with Interparcel seems to be they insist on you putting the postcode for the destination, but that is sometimes giving the wrong place. It is ok for the UK and the USA, but I have had problems in Germany and the Philipines, where the postcode did not correspond to the address I was given by the buyer. When I contacted one buyer, he basically said Interparcel had a very limited subset of the locations, and the location he gave me was correct. So I booked it with Parcels2go instead. But overall I am happy with Interparcel.

Althought the tracking facility wasn't quite up to scratch (it never did show that my parcel had been delivered), upon contacting Interparcel, Rachael Smith dealt with my queries and concerns with complete professionalism and efficiency, she restored my waning confidence in Interparcel. Thank you Rachael.

I have use Interparcel for last 10 years very good service. When there has been a problem it has been sorted very quickly. Today's mishap was sorted very quickly thanks to James Griffen

I have used Interparcel for a number of years On my most recent order, while I was initially disappointed to have booked a collection successfully with a UPS service through the web site, only to be emailed afterwards and be told I had missed the cut off time - the matter was then quickly dealt with by Nicole Rowland.

I had a query on Sunday evening and emailed. James Giffen replied helpfully and almost immediately - I imagined it would be Monday at the earliest! As a negative though, I have used Interparcel quite a lot and not realised until looking through the website just yesterday that it was possible to set up a prepayment account, so maybe this could all be clearer as in the past I have wasted time putting in my payment details for each package, even when I was sending more than one at a time.

The ordering of collection and delivery and price excellent. InterParcel were efficient but used DX whose driver was off sick on the day I waited in ALL DAY. The driver turned up at 7-15 saying he had to do his colleague's work after he had completed his own. I had contacted InterParcel and in the end got excellent communication with James Giffen who offered to follow up immediately. The difficulty was that DX whose services were used did not let me or InterParcel know the driver was off and that it would be elate in the day when the parcel was collected. The "next day delivery" ( Friday) has still not got to the destination on Sunday. fingers crossed for Monday!!

Issue with sending parcel to Republic of Ireland in that the website address system does not always correspond with the way addresses are given causing confusion with UPS. Address issue was sorted very promptly today by James Griffen direct to the courier and keeping me informed of progress.

I used interparcel to post to France from the UK and forgot to put a local number on the parcel. Helen Bannister was quick to contact me and help me fix my issue.

Although i was let down by interparcel today, your rep called Becky Blythe very kindly sorted the problem out for me. Thankyou. I use your service a lot and am usually pleased with your revice, but today the first rep i spoke to did not give me a good reason as to why my parcel was not collected. Thankyou Becky for sorting it out.

Initial response was a little confused as I was adding an item to an existing order. They were both collected on time and without issue. Particular thanks to Becky Blythe who quickly and efficiently responded to a follow up request for copies of the invoice - received with a 2 hour turnaround to allow me to complete my financial reporting internally.
