“Its more than 3 months i didn't received my parcel. I booked from london to india i didn't received yet its shows it under custom department no one help the customer service is rubbish very disappointed with this stupid seevice and i lost my parcel and money”

“Don't use this service. They are lying with customers and adviser are giving wrong information. I placed an order on 19 February and it was supposed to deliver within two weeks. The time mentioned was 08th March 2021. However, my parcel was not deliver in time. Today, customer adviser told me that parcel will be deliver on 16th march. This is fair, I paid for 2 weeks service not 4 weeks. For 10Kgs, I paid £62 for faster service (air cargo charge same amount for same day service) otherwise, it is very cheap to send parcel via ship. I am very unhappy with your service and false excuses. If your service is not guaranteed that you should close your business and refund the money. Interparcel website is not good and doesn’t have any informations about the product and services. don't use it. I don’t accept any explanation as you are lying with customers.”

“Hi, I am assuming this review is related to the parcel I received today from APC as it did not say interparcel anywhere on the packaging. It seemed to be a very efficient service and the man who delivered was both polite and friendly, however when I opened the parcel the outer wrapping on all three of my purchases were crumpled and ripped at the edges. I ordered these as Mother’s Day gifts, and requested that they write happy Mother’s Day somewhere if possible. This did not happen, but they should have at least realised that they were gifts. I am assuming that this is not interparcel’s fault but more the fault of the supplier, but obviously I don’t know who is to blame. I would have given you a rating of 5 stars for the speed of delivery and pleasant staff, but I am obviously very disappointed that the items were not packaged better.”

“The service is very bad, I booked a parcel to send india in December 2020 they created wrong inoice and send to indian custom due to this stupidity indian custom department hold my parcel sinec december 2020 and its now end of february 2021 Interparcel customer team dis not corporate with me and not helping me to get back my parcel back.”

“I tried to enter a postcode '60452' in the Senlis city in France for the delivery address, but your system would not recognise it. There is no way of manually enter address in your system. So in the end I just gave up and used another courier.”

“DO NOT USE Interparcel.com They are now scamming there own customers by claiming the parcel weight was different, they provide no evidence what so ever and threaten you with Court Action with large legal bills and high interest!
