I've used Interparcel.com for years and have always been happy with the price and service. I have had to phone them just once on the latest occasion to help with an order. Kate Hall who dealt with my call was extremely helpful and professional and has left me feeling confident Interparcel.com is still No.1 and I will continue to use them in the fututre - Thank you

i had a problem with paypal paying for a parcel but it was not logged on system ,when i phoned lisa irish she was very helpfull in exlaining what i had to do to get a refund and it was back in my paypal account within the hour very efficient girl ,thanks lisa

I would have given you 5 stars and 10 except for your performance here in Hong Kong. But my rating would have been much worse if it hadn't been for Stacey McKay your very helpful customer services advisor in Crawley. My parcel was collected in UK and delivered to Hong Kong with the utmost efficiency. But it appears that your agent here does not share that approach. The parcel was lying here somewhere with no notification to me of its arrival nor that it would not be delivered to my home address. When I finally contacted Stacey she was most pleasant and very efficient in getting me the agent's contact details and then the tracking reference. With this information I was able to retrieve my parcel today, but the HK Post Office did say that it wooed have shortly been returned to sender. Please get your HK agent to advise recipients of this problem. Alls well now Best regards George Dunn

Website is great. I had trouble inputting my postcode which was verified on the Royal Mail website but not on yours. Spoke to a couple of different live chat agents who were all extremely short, unhelpful and not bothered. The exception lies with "Kate" who was quick, polite and an all round legend.

I had a problem with US customs after shipping an order. My client got in contact for an update and automated tracking didn't reveal much about the state of the order. I phoned interparcel for help, and Megan Elliott picked up and was very helpful in resolving it quickly. It turned out that customs needed a copy of an invoice, and had some issues communicating this to my customer effectively. Megan sent this on my behalf which was great. - Matt B

Generally i have found Interparcel to be very safe, reliable and competitive - in order of importance. Customer service is also very responsive - which is a refreshing change for a primarily online business. Only last night i had to change a collection location - but being after hours, followi a failed phone call i sent an email. Annelese expedited the email quickly, my item has been collected already and i remain hopeful it will still be delivered tomorrow. Thanks very much David
