Avoid Interparcel at all costs. They are attempting to levy a c.£240 additional fee for a c.£19 delivery, as they are falsely claiming the parcel was heavier than stated upon booking. I have proven the actual parcel weight is in fact lighter than what was paid for. Interparcel have refused to provide any evidence, refused to itemise their insane surcharge, and when my evidence as specifically requested by them has been provided, Interparcel then pretend it doesn't state what they asked for (i.e. the weight of the parcel). Perhaps Interparcel are going bust and need to grab monies on false claims from a customer who has been using Interparcel for over a decade. I'd strongly suggest avoiding doing business with Interparcel. And as of now I am anticipating taking legal action against their false and frivolous claims.

Failed to collect my parcel to the USA twice. They said someone called and I was not in. Now the Christmas presents wont get there in time! I was in and they did not call -I have a door cam!!! Dont use this company as their response to any complaint is to cancel your order! Dont use!!!!!!

Booked and paid for parcel to be sent to my mum for Christmas. Handed parcel over to courier next day, it's been 11 days now with no tracking updates not even collection scan. Interparcel can't tell where it is . Saying courier hasn't collected it even though I have cctv footage which shows me handing parcel to courier. Absolute robbers. Not helpful atol. Very poor costumer service.

AVOID this Company! The worst service ever! Parcel was booked on the 1st Aug and due to arrive on the 9th Aug. It is now the 23rd of Aug and the item is still not here and they can still not tell me where the item is or when I will get it. Customer service is rude and not helpful, refuse to issue a refund or cover the cost of the item despite paying extra to insure, they have no idea how to communicate with Parcel Force and just say they will update. AVOID this company at all costs!

Had a really bad and annoying experience with them, when sent out an item, which has cost less than the parcel. Post a parcel paid it, and they have decided that it was bigger than stated. Altho I have taken a measurements just, did not took any photos as evidence. I think I paid for postage like 25£ they have came back with 68£ surcharge + 12.50£ administration costs. I believe I was conned. So be safe.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID An absolutely shambol, spoke to so many agents from Interparcel (Lou & Michael) Lou was rude and Michael had no clue what his purpose of answering the phone was. 4 days I been on a wild goose chase, been sitting at home for parcel which I been promised will be today but today never arrives and now its been a week. I have taken screenshot of the tracking and am happy to upload this. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL LOSE YOUR PARCEL.

Ecommerce businesses beware! Interparcel provides false delivery times at booking. I have twice made international bookings with them with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 -7 days and then the parcel hasn't even left Australia within that time frame. When i complained to customer service because we lost customers and had to issue refunds, they informed me that there is a footnote at the end of the booking process (which is not clearly visible unless you click on it) that delivery can take longer (10-20 days). I have lost two customers now due to this and will never use interparcel again. They don't refund you when they mess up either. STAY AWAY

Terrible company, gives one price on the website, you pay- the goods are delivered and then they start sending invoices with extra payments For some fictitious services .They do this every time! Never ever use this company!!!!

Large parcel should haver been delivered on the 11th Jan, paid next day service. Found out today not delivered. Inter Parcel have no direct contact with Tuffnells can you believe this, they also say the next day extra service we paid is not guaranteed, and to read the terms and conditions. This is the second time now this has happened. We have to wait now for email communication for them to find our parcel, whilst they are making my company look stupid and offering a bad service to my customer for non delivery. Not using this service again after this, leaving me and my customer stranded is not good. £93 delivery charge is not acceptable :( very disappointed.

Abysmal service from Interparcel. Lost my package, promised delivery multiple times despite not knowing where my package was. Finally admitted that they “couldn’t locate it” but in doing so I went through four customer service officers, who consistently lied, didn’t respond when they said they would, didn’t return calls when they said they would, and were constantly blaming the sub contractor they’d engaged - Parca. I will not ever use and I will never buy from someone using this company again. Interparcel is the WORST.

Received an invoice 7 weeks after the parcel was delivered by ups, stating that it was oversized and I was due to pay them £76 in fees including their “admin” fee. I have learnt to cover myself from supposed charges by having a calibrated set of scales and a branded tape measure and took pictures of both. I enquired as to why it has taken so long for this charge, and also if they could show me some proof from ups about charges for it supposedly being oversized, which I know it wasn’t especially since the size of the item is a known quantity too as well as my photos. No one could answer my request for information about the supposed charges for size discrepancy or why it is so far down the line, so I have not bothered sending my pictures through, I suppose I should charge an admin fee for doing so! I think I have been a customer for somewhere in the range of 10-15 years, I would rather see them in court than provide information in what I see to be as false charges that may be some sort of scam as they cannot answer any simple questions regarding the matter. Update: emailed them with pictures to prove that it was well within size limits, then told it was not boxed properly so that is why I am being charged, despite their invoice for charges stating it was oversized and emails too. This is now almost 10 weeks after delivery, and proven itself to be a scam charge as the reasoning has changed and they are unable to provide me of evidence of ups charges or a reason why it took 7 weeks. I will be charging them for my time for any future interactions as it is just a disgusting way to deal with customers by lying to them.

Booked a collection from Belgium on 11 October for delivery to Isle of Tiree. Tracking app only said it had been booked - never any other details. It was finally delivered on 8 November. Interparcel offer no explanation or recompense for such a late delivery, saying no compensation or refund for a late delivery as our transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. - BUT A FULL MONTH!! (ps tracking still says Booked!

For starters the booked courier failed to turn up on the day he was contracted to, without any communication or explanation. He arrived next day, with no apologies or explanation. Then a week or so later I received a threatening additional invoice stating 'Due to packaging this shipment had to be manually transported through the depot incurring an additional charge.' If anyone is thinking of using Interparcel, I'd strongly advise thinking again!!!!!

Paid for a small important parcel in June 2023 to be delivered from one and to another UK address by FedEx. Over one month has gone by. The parcel as still not arrived, assumed lost in the Coventry depot of FedEx. First and last time I will either recommend or use interparcel of FedEx for a parcel delivery service. No one at either company is interested in giving assistance in dealing with the matter.

Sent a parcel by courier and it did not arrive. I had no notification from Interparcel that it had not arrived and I had to keep calling and emailing to get any information. It was like the parcel had gone into a big black hole together with the courier fee they took. Not happy.

Parcel Lost in Sydney -never got to Perth Do not use Interparcel. This company is incompetent, unresponsive and lie as standard customer response procedure. I have been waiting for my parcel for about six weeks now. Despite numerous promises of we will look into it and we will get back to you, nothing ever happens. They will resist putting anything in writing. After about four weeks of chasing them, they have the audacity to ask to sender to resend another parcel so I am not inconvenienced. Idiots! Parcel cannot be replaced. They will do anything to try to get out of paying compensation for the lost item, not to mention the lost time and effort in having to chase them repeatedly. My favourite bit -their website claims the parcel as delivered, even though they lost in it Sydney and know this. To Interparcel -dont bother responding or asking for the tracking number for the twentieth time, we all know you don't care. I am still waiting for the compensation.
