They gave me one price which I paid and then sent me another bill for £56 for handling charges. They’re having a laugh. I won’t ever be using them again and I advise anyone else not to use them

was due to be delivered Tues and looked online to see what time but was informed it had been delivered Monday 1.18pm but we were here and no doorbell ring and no note left - cannot be left on doorstep as on main road - therefore had to wait in until delivery - which came would be handy to have 2hr slot given online

Interparcel as a company are great but Parcel force to Europe isn't so great. Personal experience has been stressful trying to find out where the parcel is as they don't actually deliver it.

They're alright unless the carrier loses your parcel! Been waiting for over a week now to find out if it can be found or not while our customer is wanting us to send a replacement. Not good enough to be honest.

Usually Interparcel are very good - on time collections and deliveries. Unfortunately on this occasion last week the collection was made on time but the delivery into the US was almost a week later than stated which did not help us as the documents were needed urgently and caused us a few issues with a client. I would normally have no problem in recommending them, but this has not been a good experience - but will give them another chance, we all deserve that in life!!!

Fine when there is no problem but if there is a problem (parcel stopped tracking half way in it's journey 6 days ago - posted 8 data ago) you just get fobbed to wait another 2 days rather then actually sort it out with the courier. Have yet to find out how the compensation will go but not holding my breath.

Good and helpful. Delivery times shocking. Twice in the past week have we had failed deliveries to open storage facilities.

We have used you for many years and never really had many problems if I have to be honest… however when we did have a problem it was never sold I was told that you’ve got a payout from UPS but you never passed on to us and you also never found out why our parcel was lost and then given to charity.. The parcel was never lost it just wasn’t looked for that’s the bit where we lost our interest in your company

My parcel is meant to be tracked, and should of been delivered by now. But the tracking has stayed the same since leaving my home, so i do not even know where my parcel is

Can’t fault the system in uk but as soon as it hit South African shores it was all money again before they would release the parcel. For an estimated 5 day delivery took nearly 3 weeks to deliver the parcel to the recipient.

Not a bad service, but I didn't like the £20 fine for sending in the wrong type of envelope. Especially when this was not clear in the ordering process.

I ordered a package from a company how chose to use this delivery company, the delivery driver knocked on my front door and gave me the item!

Hi, I am assuming this review is related to the parcel I received today from APC as it did not say interparcel anywhere on the packaging. It seemed to be a very efficient service and the man who delivered was both polite and friendly, however when I opened the parcel the outer wrapping on all three of my purchases were crumpled and ripped at the edges. I ordered these as Mother’s Day gifts, and requested that they write happy Mother’s Day somewhere if possible. This did not happen, but they should have at least realised that they were gifts. I am assuming that this is not interparcel’s fault but more the fault of the supplier, but obviously I don’t know who is to blame. I would have given you a rating of 5 stars for the speed of delivery and pleasant staff, but I am obviously very disappointed that the items were not packaged better.

A few months ago it would have been 5 stars but my last parcel to Italy is still in England & has been at international hub since 22/01/2021 I know things are hard at moment, but I have had no feedback from yourself's and no idea when my parcel will be moving
