“i made my first order and was informed every step of the way .even name of delivery driver and how far he was away with my delivery which was delivered as per information. the customer service was excellent with prompt replies with reliable information!!!! unfortunately the item was a little too narrow so had to be returned and i was not disappointed as the refund was very quick and straightforward and e mail to confirm. in all thats why i would order from you again...keep up with the good prices what about a bargain of the week!!!!!???????”

“I ordered a pink Nike I-phone 5 arm band and the delivery was fantastic, next day. The only issue I have is that the arm band isn't pink..in any way, shape or form. It is not as shown or described in terms of colour. I am happy to keep the item but would like to understand how this item could be marketed as pink and is clearly purple and orange, not a shade of pink in sight.”

“I purchased two pairs of trainers via click and collect. I had just seen them in stock in the shop and ordered them whilst having lunch in town expecting to be able to go back to the shop and collect them. How wrong I was. Despite the trainers being in stock and having paid for them I was not allowed to have them. 3 days later I got an email saying I could collect the trainers. I have not had the opportunity to go back to the shop to collect them. Maybe my expectations of click and collect were too high but it wasn't made clear that I would have to wait three days to collect the trainers that were in stock. Not ideal when I have to travel 20 miles to get back to the shop.”
